Se realizó con éxito la campaña «Comé pescado argentino» en las localidades de La Costa
El secretario de Producción de la Municipalidad de La Costa, Gustavo Caruso, aseguró que las jornadas fueron una verdadera fiesta y pusieron en vidriera las especies que se encuentran en La Costa, además de subrayar la labor de los pescadores artesanales costeros.
La campaña recorrió las localidades de Santa Teresita, Mar del Tuyú, Lucila del Mar, Las Toninas y Mar de Ajó con visitas guiadas y contó el apoyo y el trabajo articulado de diferentes organismos, incluyendo al Ministerio de Agroindustria de la Nación, la Dirección Nacional de Pesca, la Dirección Provincial de Pesca y la Municipalidad de La Costa, a través de la Secretaría de Producción local.
Además, se emplazó un Aula Taller Móvil (ATM) de Gastronomía en Santa Teresita, donde se realizan clases, charlas y degustaciones con pescados y mariscos argentinos. En la misma participaron pescadores artesanales, asociaciones, industrias y comercios gastronómicos de la zona.
Esta iniciativa, impulsada por la Secretaría de Agroindustria y acompañada por el Ministerio de Educación, Ciencia, Cultura y Tecnología a través del INET, tiene como objetivo el consumo de productos de la pesca y la acuicultura en el marco del programa “Comé pescado argentino”.
En el Aula Taller Móvil se realizan clases de cocina, talleres y charlas a cargo de profesionales del área pesquera para explicar cuestiones técnicas sobre la pesca, el consumo, y las buenas prácticas de conservación y manipulación. También participan pescadores artesanales que aportan su experiencia en la actividad.
