LA ANSES PAGARÁ UNA PRESTACIÓN ECONÓMICA A PERSONAS EN SITUACIÓN DE RIESGO POR VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO
La ANSES y el Ministerio de Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad de la Nación (MMGyD) otorgarán una prestación económica para promover la autonomía de las mujeres y personas LGBTI+ que se encuentran en riesgo por situación de violencia de género.
Dicha prestación consistirá en una suma de dinero no reintegrable, personal, no renovable y no contributiva equivalente a un Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil (SMVM), que se abonará durante seis meses consecutivos; su finalidad será contribuir a solventar los gastos esenciales de organización y desarrollo de un proyecto de vida autónomo y libre de violencias.
En este marco, el Decreto 734/2020 publicado hoy en el Boletín Oficial crea el Programa de Apoyo y Acompañamiento a Personas en Situación de Riesgo por Violencia por Razones de Género –Acompañar–,destinado a personas que estén en situación de riesgo por violencia de género.
Acompañar es compatible con la Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH), Asignación por Embarazo (AUE), Monotributo Social, Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia (IFE) y Trabajo registrado bajo el Régimen Especial de Contrato de Trabajo para el Personal de Casas Particulares.
En este marco, en junio, la directora ejecutiva de la ANSES, Fernanda Raverta, y la ministra del MMGyD, Elizabeth Gómez Alcorta, acordaron establecer líneas de acción conjunta para impulsar proyectos vinculados a la protección de mujeres y personas LGBTI+.
Para asegurar la correcta implementación del programa, Fernanda Raverta junto a todas las direcciones del organismo intervinientes en lo que será el proceso de aplicación realizaron una capacitación virtual conjunta con el MMGyD, para garantizar un Estado presente, activo y comprometido contra de violencia machista.
