CASTELLI: JUNTO A KICILLOF, ECHARREN INAUGURÓ LA PRIMER TERAPIA INTENSIVA
Este viernes el distrito de Castelli vivió una histórica con la apertura de la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva “Dr. Pedro Gamarra” en el Hospital Municipal. Es la primera en su tipo dentro del centro de atención de salud y la inauguración fue encabezada por el Intendente Francisco Echarren acompañado por el Gobernador de la Provincia, Axel Kicillof y el Ministro de Salud bonaerense Dr. Daniel Gollán.
Participaron también los hijos del recientemente fallecido Dr. Pedro Gamarra, nombre que llevará la unidad en homenaje a la labor médica desarrollada en la ciudad durante décadas, como director del Hospital y de Salud del Municipio.
La visita de la máxima autoridad provincial fue celebrada por el mandatario castellense y aprovechó para reiterar el agradecimiento al gobernador que “permitió que esta terapia intensiva fuese una realidad para Castelli, con el aporte de los fondos, las camas eléctricas y el resto del equipamiento” y agregó “por nuestra parte realizamos todas las obras necesarias para que el lugar quede en condiciones de alojar pacientes en cuidados intensivos”.
En un contexto de emergencia sanitaria por la Pandemia de COVID-19, la participación en el acto fue limitada y siguiendo estrictas normas de distancia social e higiene. Fueron parte de la jornada legisladores provinciales, autoridades locales e intendentes de otros distritos de la 5ta Sección Electoral.
