Proyecto de repudio a la visita de diputados Nacionales de La Libertad Avanza a genocidas condenados por Delitos de Lesa Humanidad
El Interbloque PJ La Costa, formado por concejales del Frente de Todos y Unión por la Patria presentó un Proyecto de repudio a la visita de diputados Nacionales de La Libertad Avanza a un grupo de genocidas condenados por Delitos de Lesa Humanidad en el Complejo Penitenciario Federal I de Ezeiza.
El texto del repudio fue leído esta tarde en el Paseo de la Memoria, en Costanera y 32 de Santa Teresita, en un acto donde se convocó a la comunidad a realizar una ronda simbólica de pañuelos en apoyo a la lucha histórica del movimiento de Derechos Humanos que ha sabido promover la construcción de la memoria colectiva de nuestro pueblo como un pilar fundamental de la democracia.Entre los puntos de la convocatoria, Familiares La Costa y la Dirección de Derechos Humanos enfatizaron en manifestarse en contra de la visita institucional de diputados nacionales a genocidas en el penal de Ezeiza; contra el cierre del INADI; contra el vaciamiento de los organismos estatales de Derechos Humanos; contra el negacionismo y la reivindicación del terrorismo de Estado; y contra cualquier propuesta de indulto o beneficio a los represores.El proyecto de repudio de los concejales del Interbloque PJ La Costa expresa que visto: La reciente visita de los Diputados Nacionales de La Libertad Avanza, a genocidas condenados por Delitos de Lesa Humanidad, en Complejo Penitenciario Federal I de Ezeiza.
Y considerando que los representantes parlamentarios que asistieron al Complejo Penitenciario Federal de Ezeiza (dependiente del Ministerio de Seguridad de Patricia Bullrich), según trascendió públicamente, fueron Beltrán Benedit, Lourdes Arrieta, Alida Ferreyra, Guillermo Montenegro, María Fernanda Araujo y Rocío Bonacci, todos pertenecientes a La Libertad Avanza.Que, los legisladores y legisladoras se reunieron con un grupo de ex militares y miembros de fuerzas de seguridad, tales como los represores Alfredo Astiz, Raúl Guglielminetti, Carlos Suárez Mason, Antonio Pernías, Gerardo Arráez, Honorio Martínez Ruíz, Agustín Oyarzábal Navarro, Juan Manuel Cordero, Mario Marcote, Miguel Angel Britos y Adolfo Donda, todos ellos condenados por Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad (desapariciones forzadas, asesinatos, cientos de personas apropiadas cuando eran niños y niñas, violaciones, torturas, etc.) durante la Dictadura Cívico Militar y purgando penas por su activa participación en el accionar represivo del Terrorismo de Estado.Que, dicha reunión en el Pabellón de Lesa Humanidad de la Cárcel de Ezeiza, tuvo como objetivo asistirlos en el diseño de una estrategia para solicitar el beneficio de la prisión domiciliaria.
Que dicha visita constituye una afrenta a la memoria de las víctimas de la última dictadura militar en Argentina y a sus familiares, quienes han sufrido y continúan sufriendo las consecuencias de los crímenes atroces cometidos durante ese oscuro período de nuestra historia.Que debemos ratificar el compromiso de este Honorable Concejo Deliberante con el respeto por la Democracia, los Derechos Humanos y el Orden Constitucional contra el cual se alzaron los criminales condenados antes aludidos.
Que la democracia argentina se ha construido sobre los pilares de la Memoria, la Verdad y la Justicia, principios que deben ser respetados y defendidos en todo momento, especialmente por quienes ocupan cargos de representación política.Que la reivindicación de genocidas condenados por Delitos de Lesa Humanidad es inadmisible y atenta contra los valores fundamentales de los Derechos Humanos, que son esenciales para la convivencia pacífica y la protección de todas las personas.
Que la sociedad argentina ha decidido, hace más de 40 años, vivir en democracia, bajo el amparo de la Constitución Nacional, y que cualquier intento de relativizar los Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad representa un grave retroceso en la construcción de una sociedad justa y equitativa.
Que, nos encontramos frente a un hecho sin precedentes en estos 40 años ininterrumpidos de recuperación democrática, en un país que ha hecho de la Memoria, la Verdad y la Justicia, pilares fundamentales en la construcción de ciudadanía y en la promoción de los derechos humanos. Que, por todo lo expuesto, en virtud de la gravedad de los acontecimientos narrados, solicitamos a nuestros pares que nos acompañen en la aprobación de la presente iniciativa.
Que, por todo lo expuesto, el Interbloque de concejales del Frente de Todos y Unión por La Patria propone la siguiente Resolución:ARTÍCULO 1º: Expresar el más enérgico repudio a la visita de Diputados y Diputadas Nacionales de La Libertad Avanza a un grupo de genocidas condenados por Delitos de Lesa Humanidad en el Complejo Penitenciario Federal I de Ezeiza.
ARTÍCULO 2º: Reafirmar el compromiso de este Cuerpo Deliberativo con la defensa de la Democracia, con la Verdad y la Justicia, con el respeto irrestricto de los Derechos Humanos y con Memoria Histórica del pueblo argentino que se sintetiza en la consigna “Nunca Mas”
ARTÍCULO 3º: Comunicar la presente resolución a las distintas Cámaras Legislativas, Nacionales, Provinciales y a los distintos Concejos Deliberantes, para que tomen conocimiento del repudio aquí expresado.
