Vuelve la Fiesta Provincial del Alfajor Costero: ya hay fecha y lugar para la 12° edición
El sábado 25 y domingo 26 de julio, la Fiesta Provincial del Alfajor Costero celebrará su 12° edición en el Espacio Multicultural de Mar de Ajó, ubicado en Yrigoyen y Sacconi. Con entrada libre y gratuita, el evento volverá a reunir a productores locales, y familias en una de las propuestas más convocantes del receso invernal en el Partido de La Costa.
Con el objetivo de seguir promoviendo la producción local y fortalecer la actividad turística durante las vacaciones de invierno, la Fiesta Provincial del Alfajor Costero se consolida año tras año como un espacio de encuentro que pone en valor el trabajo de la industria alfajorera costera y su aporte al desarrollo económico del distrito.
La organización está a cargo de la Comisión de Promoción Turística de la Fiesta del Alfajor del Partido de La Costa, en articulación con la Municipalidad de La Costa. De esta manera, la secretaría de Producción, Empleo y Trabajo convoca a todos los productores del sector a participar de la nueva edición, garantizando su presencia de manera gratuita, con el propósito de acompañar el crecimiento de la actividad, generar nuevas oportunidades de comercialización y continuar fortaleciendo el entramado productivo local. En esta edición participarán más de 25 productores de alfajores locales, quienes ofrecerán sus elaboraciones en stands especialmente preparados para la ocasión. La propuesta permitirá que los y las asistentes conozcan la calidad, la variedad y la identidad de una producción que se ha convertido en uno de los emblemas gastronómicos del distrito. Asimismo, en los próximos días se dará a conocer la programación completa de la 12° edición, que incluirá espectáculos, actividades para toda la familia y distintas propuestas recreativas.
Además de representar una importante vidriera para los emprendimientos locales, la Fiesta Provincial del Alfajor Costero forma parte del calendario anual de eventos que impulsa el Municipio para promover el turismo durante todo el año, dinamizar la economía local y generar espacios de encuentro para la comunidad. Su realización en un espacio cerrado garantiza el normal desarrollo de todas las actividades previstas, incluso ante condiciones climáticas adversas.
