El intendente costero, visitó el Natatorio Municipal de Santa Teresita y presenció las clases de los más chicos
El intendente del Partido de La Costa, Juan Pablo de Jesús, visitó el Natatorio Municipal de Santa Teresita, ubicado en calle 13 entre 45 y 46, y presenció la clase de natación que reciben los chicos del programa de contención materno infantil Anidada. En los tres natatorios municipales son unos 4.000 los vecinos costeros que disfrutan de estas instalaciones.
Durante la recorrida por el tercer natatorio creado durante su gestión, Juan Pablo estuvo acompañado por el responsable de las Escuelas Municipales de Natación, Martín Besada, quien explicó que “en esta oportunidad, Juan Pablo pudo observar la gran tarea que realizan nuestros profesores con los chicos del programa Anidada, que tienen así su primera experiencia sobre el agua”.
“Son alrededor de 50 chicos del barrio Las Quintas de Santa Teresita y Las Toninas que, por una gestión de Juan Pablo, participan de clases semanales para aprender natación, con un fuerte acompañamiento social desde todo el equipo”, agregó Besada respecto a la participación de los niños de Anidada, que en Santa Teresita funciona en el Hogar San ancisco (calle 44 y 13) mientras que en Las Toninas lo hace en la Fundación Betel (calle 14 y Ruta 11).
Cabe destacar que son alrededor de 4.000 costeros los que acceden de manera gratuita a la práctica de natación en los Natatorios Municipales de Santa Teresita, San Clemente y Mar de Ajó, donde además funcionan las Escuelas Municipales de Natación y clases de Aquagym y Waterpolo.
