Este sábado se estrena a nivel mundial una película filmada en La Costa
Este sábado 4 de julio se estrenará a través de distintas plataformas de streaming mundiales la película “La última fase”, que fue rodada íntegramente en el distrito y que contó además con el acompañamiento del programa municipal La Costa Filma.
Para los países latinoamericanos y europeos, la película que se enmarca en los géneros de ciencia ficción, thriller y drama, se
presentará a través de la plataforma Vimeo. Mientras que para Estados Unidos, lo hará mediante la plataforma Amazone Prime Video.
“La última fase” comprende un largometraje independiente producido en el país vecino de Uruguay, que cuenta con la coproducción argentina y estadounidense para crear un cine de género innovador. En esta oportunidad, el film aborda el fenómeno ovni utilizando como locación a la localidad de San Clemente.
En Uruguay, el tráiler de la película participó en el Festival Detour (octubre de 2018), y tuvo su presentación en Montevideo Comics (en junio de 2018). En Argentina participó en el Festival Fici prox, y obtuvo el séptimo lugar, compitiendo con más de treinta trailers en la categoría de ficción. Asimismo, el film participó en enero de este año en el NOX Film Fest en la ciudad uruguaya de Salto con muy buena repercusión, siendo galardonada como Mejor Película por votación del público.
