GUSTAVO SCIPIONI HABLO SOBRE LA ATENCION AL PUBLICO Y EL SISTEMA DE TURNOS QUE LLEVA ADELANTE LA MUNICIPALIDAD
Hace unos dias,la municipalidad de la costa,anuncio el lanzamiento de un sistema de turnos programados on line,para comenzar a atender al publico ordenadamente.
De a poco se van sumando las areas de atencion en el palacio municipal.
Hoy,hablamos con Gustavo Scipioni(secretario de coordinacion municipal),nos conto sobre como se esta llevando adelante este sistema de turnos.
Ingresos Publicos,obras privadas y ordenamiento urbano fueron los primeros sectores en comenzar atender al publico.
Tambien se habilito la secretaria de transporte e inspeccion general.
En los proximos dias,sera el turno de bromatologia.
Hasta el momento, en 9 dias habiles de atencion,se atendieron a unas 210 personas aproximadamente.
Scipioni conto que van a seguir incorporando areas para dicha atencion por turnos, y recalco que desde la gestion ya se pensaba en digitalizar los servicios aun antes de comenzar esta pandemia,pero «este contexto hizo que se aceleren los procesos»,destaco el funcionario.
