Martín Poustis visitó el resto-bar cultural “Al Andar”
El martes pasado, el concejal se reunió con quienes llevan adelante esta novedosa propuesta en La Costa, con el objetivo de conocer más acerca de la iniciativa, así como de los desafíos que se le presenta. “Al Andar”, conjuga la propuesta gastronómica con una oferta cultural con talleres, proyecciones y espectáculos.
Durante el encuentro, le comentaron que el resto-bar cultural surgió el verano previo a la pandemia, “con el objetivo de hacer un espacio intergeneracional que no solamente ofreciera una gastronomía novedosa, ‘snackeria’ y otros platos sino que también ofreciera al pueblo costero una propuesta cultural y artística que sentíamos que se venía necesitando”.
El lugar, ubicado en la avenida 32 N° 627 de Santa Teresita, cuenta con “talleres de narración oral, piano, teatro y escritura creativa, además de clases de guitarra”, cuenta Susana Fernández, quien agrega que también compraron “una pantalla de cine y un proyector con la idea de que sea un espacio donde no solamente se hiciera espectáculos y se dieran talleres, sino que también se puedan hacer proyecciones”.
Tal es así que, para estas vacaciones de invierno, el lugar tendrá una noche de guitarra el viernes 23 de julio a las 21 horas, a cargo de Federico Galletti con Eduardo Ragio como artista invitado haciendo canciones latinoamericanas.
Al día siguiente, sábado 24 de julio, se presentará Mambo Méndez y Los Guayaberos de La Costa con música cubana y el lunes 26 de julio se proyectará el documental Las muchachas dirigida por Alejandra Marino, film que refleja el rol de armadora política de Eva Perón.
“Al Andar” también tendrá un campeonato de truco y la presentación de Lily Meyer con cuentos de invierno en una fecha a confirmar.
El resto-bar es un emprendimiento de Alan García y Carolina Esains, costeros que, luego de recorrer Latinoamérica, decidieron volver a La Costa con todos esos saberes en gastronomía; Laura Ferrari y Susana Fernández, ambas docentes jubiladas; y Nicolás Ferrari, el más joven del grupo.
Tras el último verano donde pudieron abrir, cumpliendo todos los protocolos, como un espacio para los artistas de La Costa, la actualidad les marca un presente delicado “por la crisis económica, por el invierno que pega fuerte en La Costa y por la pandemia que no afloja, sin embargo seguimos adelante, seguimos andando”.
“Queremos seguir abiertos, que no nos dobleguen estas crisis y queremos seguir apostando por espacios de arte, cultura, de buena comida y de ricos sabores a descubrir dentro de La Costa”, resume Susana Fernández.
