Juan Pablo de Jesús inauguró la nueva guardia del Hospital de Mar de Ajó y el Triage
En el marco del Plan Estratégico de Salud que encaró el intendente Juan Pablo de Jesús, se llevó a cabo este mediodía la inauguración de la ampliación de la guardia del Hospital de Mar de Ajó, además de dar inicio al Triage, el sistema de atención en guardia que es utilizado en los principales centros de salud de Europa.
Juan Pablo inauguró el lugar y el sistema de atención que ordenará las guardias en una primera instancia para luego continuar con reformas en atención en consultorios y pedido de turnos, que será informatizado y permitirá un trabajo en red entre los hospitales de Mar de Ajó, Santa Teresita y San Clemente, con una historia clínica digital para que administrativos, enfermeros y médicos puedan desarrollar mejor sus tareas.
“Estamos poniendo en marcha un nuevo sistema de atención en guardia dentro del Plan Estratégico de Salud. Un primer paso tiene que ver con las reformas edilicias e infraestructura de la guardia del Hospital de Mar de Ajó, donde se amplió el lugar, se mejoró el confort, se equipó con un nuevo sistema informático que va a administrar a los pacientes de la guardia y se construyeron dos consultorios de enfermería”, afirmó el jefe comunal.
El intendente de La Costa destacó el trabajo en conjunto que llevaron adelante el equipo de la secretaría de Salud, que es encabezado por el secretario Daniel Creuso y el director de Gestión en Salud, Cristian Rossi, y el aporte del médico sanitarista Arnaldo Medina, asesor en Salud de la Municipalidad.
“El sistema Triage es utilizado además no solo en los principales hospitales de Europa sino también en los centros de salud privados de nuestro país. Permite una rápida clasificación del paciente y da mejores tiempos de atención, con clasificación por colores del rojo al verde por síntomas o patologías y no por orden de llegada. Esto permite una una reducción en los tiempos de espera”, agregó De Jesús.
Por su parte, el secretario de Salud de la Municipalidad, Daniel Creuso, afirmó que en una segunda etapa del Plan Estratégico de Salud el objetivo es contar con un sistema integral informatizado para pedir los turnos incluso por internet en cualquiera de los tres hospitales de La Costa.
“Esto comenzó en el área de guardia, donde está la mayor demanda, primero en Mar de Ajó y en el transcurso de la semana lo vamos a llevar a Santa Teresita y a San Clemente. Los espacios de esta guardia son abiertos, los pacientes ven todo el tiempo cómo trabaja el personal de salud, lo que hace a un sistema visible, transparente y más ordenado que ayudará al trabajo de administrativos, enfermeros y médicos”, completó Creuso.
CUÁLES SON LOS BENEFICIOS DEL SISTEMA TRIAGE
El Triage es un sistema inglés que es utilizado en hospitales de Gran Bretaña, Canadá, Alemania, Holanda, Portugal, España y Brasil. Consolida la eficaz atención en guardia para dar respuesta inmediata a la demanda en las Guardias.
Se identifica a los pacientes graves y/o urgentes, priorizando su atención en función de su clasificación de riesgo, con asignación de colores:
– Rojo: Prioridad 0 – Urgencia.
– Naranja: Prioridad 1 – Atención médica en 10 minutos.
– Amarillo: Urgencia mediana dentro de los 30 minutos desde su ingreso.
– Verde: Prioridad 2 – No urgente. Paciente sin riesgo de ser atendido dentro de los 120 minutos del ingreso.
– Azul: Paciente que requiere una práctica de enfermería.
