ESCOBAR: Kicillof inauguró las obras de repavimentación de la ruta 25
Además, el Gobernador puso en funcionamiento el primer Centro de Atención Previsional del IPS en el municipio y visitó un vacunatorio, donde anunció la vacunación libre con segunda dosis de refuerzo para todos los mayores de 18 años.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este viernes en Escobar el acto de inauguración de las obras de repavimentación sobre 10,5 kilómetros de la ruta 25, corredor que garantiza el acceso a la costanera del río Paraná. Participaron también el ministro de Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos, Leonardo Nardini; la ministra de Gobierno, Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez; el intendente local, Carlos Ramil; y el presidente del Ente Nacional de Control y Gestión de la Vía Navegable, Ariel Sujarchuk.
En ese marco, Kicillof sostuvo: “Hemos realizado una inversión muy grande para asfaltar una ruta que brinda igualdad de oportunidades y abre nuevos caminos”. “Sin un Estado presente que pavimentara el corredor, el río sería para unos pocos: a partir de ahora, es para que los disfruten todos y todas las bonaerenses”, agregó.
En ese sentido, el Gobernador subrayó que “se trata de una obra que fue requerida hace muchos años por el municipio de Escobar, donde se había puesto en valor la costanera pero hacía falta mejorar los accesos”. “Hoy, gracias al trabajo conjunto entre la Nación, la Provincia y el distrito, estamos garantizando que el acceso al Paraná no dependa de la condición social”, añadió.
Las obras sobre la ruta 25 fueron realizadas de manera conjunta entre la Nación, la Provincia y el municipio de Escobar, a partir de una inversión total que superó los 944,8 millones de pesos. De esta forma, se intervinieron 19,6 kilómetros para mejorar la circulación y la seguridad vial en varias localidades, en tanto que también se optimizó la conectividad con las rutas nacionales 8 y 9. En esta ocasión se presentó el tramo entre la calle Paso y la rotonda de acceso a Prefectura Naval Argentina.
Por su parte, Nardini destacó: “La obra de la ruta provincial 25 le brinda seguridad vial y conectividad a Escobar, al tiempo que genera nuevas posibilidades de trabajo y potencia a sus emprendedores». «Es parte de un plan de obras que motoriza la economía y da valor agregado para el desarrollo de los municipios, pensando en el bienestar y la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos y vecinas”, añadió.
En tanto, Sujarchuk resaltó que “después de años de promesas incumplidas, con esta obra estamos garantizando que cualquier bonaerense pueda llegar al río y disfrutarlo”. “Fue un proyecto de una enorme sensibilidad social, que se concretó rápidamente porque contamos con la capacidad y el trabajo para cumplir con los compromisos asumidos”, manifestó.
Asimismo, Ramil sostuvo: “Hace mucho tiempo era un sueño que Escobar dejara de darle la espalda al río y comenzara a abrazarlo, por eso invertimos para la puesta en valor de la costanera”.
“Esto es resultado del modelo virtuoso que impulsamos en la Provincia: el Estado generando infraestructura y abriendo posibilidades para que el sector privado pueda aprovechar las oportunidades, invertir y crear trabajo para los y las bonaerenses”, concluyó Kicillof.
Estuvieron presentes los intendentes de Pilar, Federico Achával; y de Navarro, Facundo Diz; la intendenta de Moreno, Mariel Fernández; autoridades nacionales, provinciales y municipales.
Inauguración del primer Centro de Atención Previsional de Escobar y visita a un vacunatorio
Más temprano, Kicillof encabezó junto a la presidenta del Instituto de Previsión Social, Marina Moretti, la apertura del primer Centro de Atención Previsional de Escobar, que estará disponible para gestionar trámites de futuros beneficiarios, jubilados y pensionados del municipio. También estuvo presente la subsecretaria de Acceso a Derechos y Resolución de Conflictos de Escobar, Rocío Fernández.
“Con esta delegación del IPS, estamos facilitando los trámites que necesitan realizar los vecinos y vecinas de Escobar, quienes tenían que trasladarse hasta Pilar, Campana o algún otro municipio vecino”, explicó Kicillof.
A continuación, el Gobernador se trasladó hacia el operativo de vacunación emplazado en el Centro de Ferroviarios, donde anunció que a partir de mañana habrá vacunación libre y federal con la segunda dosis de refuerzo contra el Covid-19 para todas y todos los mayores de 18 años que hayan cumplido al menos cuatro meses desde la inoculación con la primera dosis de refuerzo. Estuvo acompañado por el ministro de Salud, Nicolás Kreplak, y el diputado nacional Daniel Gollan.
“Ya teníamos la primera y la segunda dosis libres desde los 3 años; la tercera dosis libre para los mayores de 12; y ahora sumamos la cuarta dosis libre para los mayores de 18 en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires, de forma libre, gratuita, universal y federal”, anunció el Gobernador, al tiempo que instó a que “todos y todas se inmunicen porque ante el aumento de casos, lo que nos salva es la vacuna”.
Recorrida por el Mercado del Paraná
Durante la jornada en Escobar, el Gobernador recorrió también las instalaciones del Mercado del Paraná, donde 200 emprendedores del partido ofrecen sus productos en las instalaciones de un galpón que fue recuperado por el distrito. Cuenta con puestos en su interior y una feria al aire libre, y se integró al circuito turístico del Paraná de las Palmas.
Este espacio se encuentra destacado como punto imperdible de Escobar dentro del programa ReCreo y los visitantes puede encontrar toda la información para llegar y recorrerlo en la App. Allí productores locales y de la región comercializan bienes relacionados a lo agroecológico y orgánico, tales como alimentos y gastronomía saludable; artículos de huertas orgánicas; semillas; herboristería; frutos secos; pescados y mariscos; plantas y cosmética natural.
Además, las autoridades dialogaron con comerciantes de la zona y visitaron la sede del colegio Santa María y el mariposario construido en la Plaza San Martín.
