LA ANSES YA BRINDA ATENCIÓN PRESENCIAL EN 357 DELEGACIONES
Con un sistema de turnos programados y garantizando el protocolo sanitario, más del 94% de las oficinas de la ANSES distribuidas en todo el país ya están atendiendo al público. Se trata de 357 delegaciones a las que se suman 21 que se encuentran trabajando a puertas cerradas, brindando respuesta a las consultas y trámites que ingresan todos los días a través de la Atención Virtual, además de las 69 mesas de cómputos, que desde mayo resolvieron más de 65 mil expedientes previsionales.
Asimismo, en lo que va del mes de agosto el organismo ya lleva atendidas 152.469 personas, que realizaron 192.154 trámites y/o consultas en todas las dependencias del país que están funcionando, registrando un promedio diario de atención de 15.000 personas. Además, varias oficinas reportaron una afluencia de público mayor a las 200 personas diarias.
Cabe recordar quelas sedes se encuentran equipadas con mamparas sanitarias y termómetros, lo que permite garantizar el cumplimiento del protocolo sanitario y cuidar tanto a las personas que se acercan para gestionar sus trámites, como a los trabajadores que allí se desempeñan.
La ANSES irá, progresivamente, realizando la reapertura de sus oficinas teniendo en cuenta la situación sanitaria de cada provincia y localidad, en un trabajo coordinado con gobernadores e intendentes.
