PINAMAR: Taller de Cocina Saludable
El Servicio de Nutrición local ofrece un taller de Cocina Saludable para los vecinos que quieran mejorar sus hábitos alimenticios.
La propuesta está a cargo de las licenciadas en Nutrición Natalia Zagurak y Camila Palacios, y tendrá una duración de 4 meses (de agosto a noviembre) con 2 encuentros mensuales de 2 hs. El cronograma es el siguiente:
Lunes 11/09: Hospital de Pinamar
Lunes 25/09: Sociedad de Fomento de Ostende
Lunes 9/10: Cic Valeria del Mar
Lunes 23/10: Hospital de Pinamar
Lunes 6/11: CIC. Valeria del Mar
Lunes 27/11: Sociedad de Fomento de Ostende
“Es fundamental para tener una buena calidad de vida sentirse sanos y gozar del bienestar que proporciona una buena alimentación. Una nutrición saludable es fundamental para la prevención de factores de riesgo relacionados con la dieta, como el sobrepeso y la obesidad, y las enfermedades no transmisibles asociadas. Por estos motivos es necesaria la implementación de talleres de cocina que brinden información nutricional de los diferentes grupos de alimentos, y ofrezca las herramientas para llevar a cabo una alimentación saludable”, expresó la Lic. Zagurak.
Dirigido a toda la comunidad, principalmente adultos y adolescentes, la iniciativa tiene como objetivo que la población concurrente pueda comprender los principios básicos nutricionales para que puedan desarrollar diferentes recetas y seguir ampliando las opciones de comidas y así lograr un mejor estado nutricional.
Contenidos:
- Adquirir conocimientos para la preparación de comidas con los alimentos otorgados en el bolsón alimentario comunitario
- Reversión de comidas tradicionales más saludables (comunidad boliviana, paraguaya)
- Aprender principios básicos para equilibrar tu alimentación, evitando picoteos y comidas fuera de hora.
- Organización de comidas para tener al alcance alimentos realmente saludables.
- Desayunos, snacks y meriendas simples, ideales para llevar al trabajo, mandar en la vianda o comer al paso.(barritas, muffins, galletitas, trufas)
- Aprender a sumar fibra a tus comidas (uso de semillas y harinas integrales)
- Entender cómo se genera la saciedad y por qué es importante evitar recargar tu cuerpo con azúcares.
- Legumbres, como prepararlas y de qué manera incorporarlas.
- Bebidas vegetales
- Técnicas culinarias saludables, formas de conservación y preparación de manera saludable de alimentos.
- Lograr hacer recetas realmente equilibradas, nutritivas y exquisitas.
