Menos el AMBA, toda la Argentina pasa a la fase cuatro de reapertura progresiva
El Presidente, Alberto Fernandez, junto con el gobernador de Buenos Aires y el jefe porteño anuncia la nueva etapa de la cuarentena. «Hemos decretado que toda la Argentina salvo la zona metropolitana de Buenos Aires y CABA pasen a la fase 4. CABA y AMBA siguen en la fase tres de cuarentena», dijo el mandatario.
“No sabemos cómo esto se va a seguir desarrollando», pero advirtió que esfuerzo valió la pena.
«La economía nos preocupa mucho. Por eso hemos prestado mucha atención para llegar a los que más necesitan. Una vez más reafirmo que lo q más nos preocupa es preservar la salud y la vida de nuestra gente», dijo el mandatario.
El anuncio tiene lugar en el marco del récord de casos positivos en un día: 240. Así se desprende del parte diario vespertino que emite el Ministerio de Salud, según el cual el total de contagios es de 5.611 y 293 fallecidos. En su anterior discurso en Olivos, el pasado 25 de abril, el total de casos era de 3.780, y 185 personas fallecidas.
La prolongación será con mayor flexibilización de las medidas, e incluirá medidas acordadas con la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y la Provincia. Por ello, el Jefe de Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, y el gobernador bonaerense, Axel Kicillof, acompañarán al Presidente durante el anuncio. Ambos mandatarios arribaron a la quinta presidencial pasadas las 19 horas.
Además de los funcionarios, estarán junto al Presidente durante la conferencia los infectólogos y miembros del comité de expertos Pedro Cahn y Mirta Roses.
Esta etapa será hasta el 24 de mayo. Acorde al plan oficial, la próxima y cuarta etapa, que comenzará el lunes se denomina «Reapertura progresiva», y prevé nuevas excepciones provinciales y una movilidad de la población de hasta el 75%. Asimismo, está previsto que durante ese lapso el tiempo de duplicación de casos sea de más de 25 días.
Entre las actividades que se habilitarán desde este lunes está la apertura de comercios como jugueterías, librerías y mueblerías, que deberán contar con un protocolo sanitario.
Continuarán sin abrir los locales de indumentaria (que podrán seguir operando de manera online) ni las peluquerías o centros de estética.
Respecto a la obra de construcción, en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires se permitirán demoliciones y excavaciones, con pocos trabajadores.
Todavía se está puliendo por estas horas qué sucederá con las salidas recreativas. Si bien la mayoría del país las tiene habilitadas, la actividad continúa vedada en el AMBA y en CABA. La idea, es lograr una medida consensuada, que podría ser sólo los fines de semana y en un radio cercano a los domicilios.

Previamente, el gobernador bonaerense había mantenido una reunión con el Comité de Expertos de la provincia para analizar el desarrollo de la situación epidemiológica y definir la nueva etapa de la cuarentena, que comenzará el próximo lunes y se extenderá hasta el 25 de mayo inclusive, dado que se trata de un feriado nacional
