Las cámaras de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana de Chascomús registraron el recorrido que hizo Navila Garay en moto con el jardinero Néstor Garay el martes 10 de agosto, último día que fue vista con vida.
La fiscalía a cargo del caso, encabezada por la fiscal Daniela Bertolotti, descubrió a través de las imágenes que la moto se dirigía hacia la quinta en la calle Mercedes al 700 donde Navila fue asesinada de 17 golpes de maza en la cabeza y luego enterrada en el jardín.
El jardinero Garay está detenido desde la noche del domingo por la DDI local luego de que la dueña de la casa lo denunciara porque le había pedido el miércoles 11 enterrar «un perro» en el parque.
Néstor Garay se negó a declarar, asistido por un defensor oficial.
