La iniciativa contempla la entrega de un plantín por persona a cambio de cinco botellas de plástico.
El programa apunta a concientizar a los vecinos y las vecinas acerca de la importancia de la forestación y el cuidado de los espacios naturales para crear un ambiente saludable.
Al proteger la biodiversidad de flora y fauna y generar un equilibrio entre la comunidad y la naturaleza, se logra mejorar la calidad ambiental.
Durante el mes de junio, el canje se realizará en el Parque Ambiental Vivero Municipal Cosme Argerich de San Clemente, donde se producen especies de flora destinadas al embellecimiento y la forestación del Partido de La Costa, tanto con especies nativas de la provincia de Buenos Aires como con especies exóticas de bajo impacto.
Para participar del programa, hay que inscribirse previamente en lacosta.gob.ar/ecocanje. Cabe destacar que el cupo es limitado ya que se entregarán 2.000 plantines.
Este es el cronograma para el Eco-Canje, en el horario de 10.00 a 12.00 y de 14.00 a 16.00, en el Parque Ambiental Vivero Municipal Cosme Argerich de San Clemente, ubicado en Av I y calle 76:
Lunes: 5, 12 y 26 de junio
Miércoles: 7, 14, 21 y 28 de junio
Viernes: 2, 9, 16, 23, y 30 de junio
