Martín Poustis impulsa una ordenanza para garantizar la cuota alimentaria de menores
El concejal del Frente de Todos, Martín Poustis, buscará que el Concejo Deliberante trate el proyecto de ordenanza que había presentado el pasado 8 de marzo para fijar la obligatoriedad de presentar el “Certificado de Libre Deuda Alimentaria” para quienes desean realizar distintos trámites municipales.
La iniciativa establece que deberán cumplir este requisito, personas físicas o jurídicas, que deseen obtener habilitaciones comerciales, concesiones para la explotación comercial o la prestación de servicios o permisos de uso del espacio público, inscribirse como proveedor municipal de bienes y/o servicios, participar en licitaciones o recibir la aprobación de permisos de construcción.
“En una economía informal no son muchas las herramientas para garantizar este derecho, y la idea es sumar algunas para que la persona que asumió el compromiso de una cuota alimentaria lo cumpla”, argumentó el concejal.
El trámite para obtener el certificado de Libre Deuda Alimentaria es sin costo, demora pocas horas, y se realiza a través del sitio web del gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
“Este proyecto busca dar respuesta a un compromiso asumido a fines de 2019 en un encuentro con distintos organizaciones de mujeres”, comentó el concejal del Frente de Todos, quien recordó que en la misma línea el año pasado se aprobó la adhesión a la ley Micaela, que los agentes municipales deben capacitarse en gestión en perspectiva de género.
A su vez, detalló Martín Poustis, la ordenanza no solo regla sobre el sector privado, sino también sobre los funcionarios, quienes deberán presentar el mismo certificado anualmente, siendo publicado en la web de la municipalidad lacosta.gob.ar
