Esta etapa de la obra, de más de 20 cuadras de asfalto, permitirá crear un corredor de asfalto facilitando los accesos al Centro Comunitario Juan XXIII, conectando la Escuela Secundaria N° 3 y Escuela Especial N° 502, además el Centro Cultural, el Natatorio Municipal y el Polideportivo Municipal.
