La Costa ofrece un dispositivo de asistencia y contención psicológica
La Municipalidad de La Costa lleva adelante un dispositivo de asistencia y contención psicológica para aquellos vecinos y vecinas que requieran ayuda durante el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio.
Esta iniciativa se suma a las distintas acciones impulsadas por el intendente Cristian Cardozo, para cuidar y asistir a la comunidad ante la situación que se está atravesando. El dispositivo funciona todos los días, de 10.00 a 22.00, a través del teléfono: 2246-433093.
En este marco, el secretario de Desarrollo Social, Javier Vicente, explicó que este nuevo dispositivo de atención y acompañamiento está destinado para «aquellas personas que se encuentran en aislamiento y que están atravesando alguna situación de vulnerabilidad. Son ellos los que necesitan tener a alguien del otro lado que los pueda escuchar y contener”.
Quien requiera de asistencia va a ser atendido por un equipo interdisciplinario de psicólogas, trabajadoras sociales y personal de comunicación, que trabajan para contener y orientar la problemática de la persona, cualquiera sea su edad.
El proyecto surgió del trabajo territorial que lleva adelante la Municipalidad donde, al estar en contacto con los vecinos, se observó que muchas personas viven solas y necesitan de acompañamiento para no perder la socialización.
“Es importante que del otro lado haya un Estado que escuche, que pueda canalizar esas angustias. El objetivo es que uno puedo contener a la persona y orientarla”, remarcó Vicente.
