La Costa pone en marcha la Ventanilla Única Digital para realizar trámites municipales
En línea con la disposición nacional del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio, la Municipalidad de La Costa puso en marcha la primera etapa de la Ventanilla Única Digital, para que la comunidad pueda realizar distintos tipos de trámites de manera online en el sitio oficial www.lacosta.gob.ar.
En esta primera fase de implementación, la plataforma ofrece a los vecinos realizar de manera ágil y sencilla trámites vinculados a inmuebles, automotor, comercio, escribanos, cementerio y atención al vecino. Además, el sitio brinda distintos números útiles para obtener atención telefónica.
Las gestiones que se podrán llevar a cabo en cada una de las áreas mencionadas incluyen descargas de boletas, consultas de deudas, unificación de trámites, adhesión al débito automático, realización de declaración jurada y la consulta de cronogramas de vencimientos, entre tantos otros trámites. Los pagos podrán realizarse con tarjetas de crédito y débito de cualquier entidad bancaria desde www.lacosta.gob.ar y también a través de Mercado Pago.
La Ventanilla Única Digital también prevé ser un espacio para la obtención de turnos online, que se activarán en el momento en que se incorpore la prestación de distintos servicios de esta nueva modalidad remota que permite a la comunidad permanecer en sus hogares.
La iniciativa forma parte de toda una serie de acciones que lleva adelante la gestión del intendente Cristian Cardozo para afrontar la problemática del Covid – 19 de un modo integral que ponga especial énfasis en la prevención y el cuidado de todos los habitantes del Partido de La Costa.
