POUSTIS REPUDIÓ EL RECORTE A LAS PENSIONES POR DISCAPACIDAD
Desde sus redes sociales, el dirigente del Movimiento Evita en la región, Martín Poustis, hizo público su repudio a la última medida del Gobierno nacional, la cual determina suspender el pago de pensiones no contributivas por invalidez a aquellas personas que presenten una “incompatibilidad”, imponiéndoles un plazo de diez días para acercarse a la ANSES, para ratificar que cumplen con una extensa lista de exigencias.
La resolución de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad, se aferra a un decreto obsoleto del año 1997, que estipula parámetros de afectación para que una persona pueda percibir una pensión por discapacidad. El decreto en cuestión, no toma en cuenta la Convención por los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad, a la que la Argentina suscribió en 2008, por lo que es considerado inconstitucional.
“Entre los requisitos, se plantea que el peticionante no debe tener parientes que ‘estén obligados legalmente a proporcionarle alimentos’ ni tampoco ‘poseer bienes, ingresos ni recursos que permitan su subsistencia’. Es decir, que una persona que tenga solamente un auto, según este criterio, no podría acceder al beneficio” detalló Poustis, quien definió a la decisión gubernamental como “una nueva avanzada sobre los que más precisan de un Estado presente”.
