Juan Pablo oficializó reescalafonamientos del personal de servicio del área de Salud
El intendente del Partido de La Costa, Juan Pablo de Jesús, visitó los Hospitales de San Clemente, Santa Teresita y Mar de Ajó para mantener encuentros con el personal de servicio e informarle sobre el reescalafonamiento en base al Estatuto del Personal de Salud creado por el gobierno municipal.
Se trata del segundo paso en la aplicación del estatuto para personal técnico y de servicio del Sistema de Salud de La Costa, luego de su implementación en 2011 por iniciativa de Juan Pablo de Jesús (hasta ese entonces, todo el personal técnico y el personal de servicio tenían una única categoría).
“Hacen un gran trabajo y por eso queríamos estar acá para darles este reconocimiento que significa un ascenso de categoría. Esto es parte además de una tarea constante que llevamos a cabo para mejorar el servicio que prestamos a nuestra comunidad”, manifestó Juan Pablo.
En esta oportunidad, el reescalafonamiento incluyó al personal de servicio de los Hospitales de San Clemente, Santa Teresita y Mar de Ajó, y de las Unidades Sanitarias de Las Toninas, Mar del Tuyú y Lucila del Mar. La mejora laboral, que abarca a 80 agentes en esta instancia, alcanza a mucamas, camilleros, choferes de ambulancia, mantenimiento y trabajadores de los sectores de cocina y lavadero.
“Hace cinco años que entró en vigencia el Estatuto del Personal de Salud, que incluye tanto al área técnica (enfermeros, técnicos de laboratorio, hemoterapia y de rayos) como al área de servicios (personal de cocina, lavadero, mucamas, camilleros y choferes)”, detalló Gabriela Demaría, secretaria de Protección Ciudadana de la Municipalidad de La Costa.
“Este estatuto establece que cada cinco años, el personal va ascendiendo de escalafón. Es un reconocimiento que hacía falta. Somos uno de los pocos municipios que contamos con un estatuto propio para el personal del área de Salud, con la importancia que esto significa”, agregó la funcionaria. Asimismo, en mayo pasado Juan Pablo había mantenido distintos encuentros con el personal técnico de los hospitales municipales para oficializarles este reescalafonamiento.
