EDUCACIÓN Kicillof inauguró el nuevo edificio de la Escuela Agraria N° 1 de Chivilcoy
Además, el Gobernador recorrió los avances de obra de urbanización en el Barrio de los Inmigrantes.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este jueves el acto de inauguración del nuevo edificio de la Escuela Agraria Técnico Profesional N° 1 “Valentín Coria” del municipio de Chivilcoy, junto al director general de Cultura y Educación, Alberto Sileoni; el intendente local, Guillermo Britos; la diputada nacional Constanza Alonso; y la directora de la institución, Agustina Guaraglia.
A continuación, recorrió obras de urbanización acompañado por los ministros de Desarrollo Agrario, Javier Rodríguez; y de Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos, Leonardo Nardini; la ministra de Gobierno, Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez; y la directora ejecutiva del Organismo Provincial de Integración Social y Urbana (OPISU), Romina Barrios.
“Tanto esta escuela como las obras de repavimentación de la ruta 30 que finalizaron hace pocos días habían sido prometidas por el Gobierno de la provincia en 2017, poco antes de las elecciones legislativas de ese año”, expresó Kicillof y agregó: “Como tantas otras promesas, no se cumplieron. Por eso nosotros, habiendo visto la decepción que generaron en las y los bonaerenses, nunca prometimos las obras: vinimos y las hicimos”.
La institución tiene una matrícula de 133 estudiantes y las nuevas instalaciones son el resultado de una inversión de $187 millones que se realizó a través del Instituto Nacional de Educación Tecnológica (INET). El edificio será utilizado por las y los alumnos que cursan del 4° al 7° año y cuenta con tres aulas, laboratorio, dependencias administrativas, sanitarios, cocina, comedor y playón deportivo.
El Gobernador señaló que “aunque todos hablen de la importancia de la educación, durante los cuatro años anteriores se cerraron más de 30 escuelas rurales en la provincia de Buenos Aires”. “No se trató de una cuestión presupuestaria, sino de un profundo desconocimiento de lo que significan las escuelas técnicas y agrarias y de la importancia de vincular la formación con la producción y el trabajo”, explicó.
“Este es un sueño cumplido que nuestra comunidad educativa agradece porque es en beneficio de todos los chicos y las chicas de la zona”, expresó la directora Guaraglia.
En ese sentido, Sileoni destacó que “las comunidades sueñan todos los días, pero para que esos sueños se concreten se necesita también de la decisión política de un Gobierno provincial que ha puesto a la educación en el centro de las políticas públicas».
Por su parte, el intendente Britos remarcó que “hoy es un día de fiesta para Chivilcoy porque gracias a la Provincia y la Nación estamos inaugurando el edificio de esta escuela agraria, que era muy esperado por la comunidad hace muchos años”. “Quiero agradecer también las obras sobre la ruta 30 y que se esté ejecutando un segundo conector cloacal que es imprescindible para nuestra ciudad”, agregó.
Asimismo, Alonso indicó que “venimos hace años trabajando junto a la Provincia para poder completar el sueño de que esta escuela se convierta en una realidad y sea modelo para Chivilcoy”. “La educación es movilidad social y es un derecho, nuestra responsabilidad es conseguir que todos y todas tengan igualdad de oportunidades para formarse”, agregó.
En el marco del Programa Especial de Emergencia Educativa (PEED), se firmaron además cuatro actas para destinar $98 millones a obras de infraestructura escolar. Los convenios prevén la estabilización del acceso a la escuela agraria que se puso en marcha y tareas de refacción en las primarias 18, 30 y 68. Desde diciembre de 2019, la Provincia lleva invertidos $120 millones para la puesta en valor de 12 establecimientos educativos en el municipio.
“Por primera vez desde la Provincia se está abordando la mejora de las caminos rurales, ya que no solo son importantes para el sector productivo, sino que también permiten que los chicos y las chicas lleguen a la escuela”, sostuvo Kicillof y subrayó: “Con todos los problemas que hemos tenido que atravesar, este es el edificio escolar número 131 que inauguramos porque formamos parte de un Gobierno que entiende que, allí donde hay una necesidad, hay un derecho de nuestro pueblo”.

A continuación, el gobernador Axel Kicillof recorrió los avances de las obras de mejoramiento eléctrico que se llevan adelante en 40 viviendas del Barrio de los Inmigrantes. Los trabajos son realizados por el OPISU junto a la cooperativa Movimiento Mayo de la CTA e implican una inversión de $10 millones.
El OPISU también trabaja en la urbanización del Barrio Sur, que perteneció al Plan Federal y linda con las vías del Ferrocarril Sarmiento, impulsando el recambio de techos en todas las unidades funcionales.
Kicillof resaltó que “vamos a seguir luchando por los recursos que le corresponden a la provincia de Buenos Aires: la forma injusta en que se distribuye la coparticipación explica gran parte de la infraestructura que nos falta”. “Queda mucho por hacer para cumplir con el objetivo de que todos y todas las bonaerenses puedan desarrollarse allí donde nacieron”, manifestó.
Asimismo, en el municipio finalizaron las obras de repavimentación de 32 kilómetros de la ruta provincial 30 en el tramo comprendido entre la Ruta Nacional N°5 y el acceso a la localidad de Moquehuá, fundamental para el traslado de grandes cantidades de trigo, maíz y soja producidos en la zona. Allí se destinaron $1.038 millones para ejecutar también la reconformación de banquinas; la construcción de intersecciones a La Rica y Moquehuá; señalización horizontal y vertical; instalación de luminarias; mantenimiento de alcantarillas transversales; y colocación de barandas de defensa vehicular.
“Construir caminos y accesos trae dignidad y conectividad: esta obra de repavimentación es importante para los vecinos y vecinas que la estaban esperando hace muchísimo tiempo”, dijo Nardini y continuó: “Desde el Gobierno tomamos la decisión de recorrer la provincia y atender los reclamos genuinos de la sociedad con el objetivo de brindar respuestas y continuar por este camino de crecimiento”.
Participaron de las actividades el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; el jefe de Gabinete de la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación, Pablo Urquiza; los intendentes de Carlos Casares, Daniel Stadnik, y de Alberti, Germán Lago; el senador provincial Walter Torchio; las senadoras bonaerenses María Elena Defunchio y María Reigada; las diputadas Nora Salbitano y Micaela Olivetto; el secretario general de la CTA de la Provincia, Roberto Baradel; el director del Estado Nacional en la Corporación Puerto Madero S.A, Darío Duretti; el concejal local Luciano Dellepiane y la concejala de Junín, Victoria Muffarotto.
