PLAN INTEGRAL DE ASFALTO: CARDOZO CONFIRMÓ QUE SE PAVIMENTARÁN 21 CUADRAS EN VILLA CLELIA
Durante una visita al Centro de Jubilados “Participar” de Villa Clelia, el intendente del Partido de La Costa, Cristian Cardozo, adelantó que antes de fin de año se culminarán trabajos de pavimentación sobre la calle Güiraldes, desde Pueyrredón hasta Azopardo, que mejorará la transitabilidad de vecinos y vecinas del barrio.
«Marga se puso muy contenta cuando les conté en el Centro de Jubilados que vamos a asfaltar 21 cuadras de Villa Clelia: Güiraldes desde Espora hasta Pueyrredón y desde la Colectora hasta Estanislao del Campo las calles Sacconi y Blanco Encanalada. Además, vamos a estar haciendo trabajos en esta institución que está en pleno crecimiento», dijo Cardozo tras reunirse con los adultos y adultas mayores. «¿Güiraldes?», se sorprendió y emocionó Marga, y los presentes aplaudieron el anuncio y la primicia del Intendente, en una obra de asfalto tan importante para este barrio de Mar de Ajó.
Esta importante arteria de Mar de Ajó, donde se encuentra ubicado el Centro Comunitario de Villa Clelia, se sumará así al Plan Integral de Asfalto que se lleva adelante desde la gestión municipal y que incluye la colocación de luminaria LED y embellecimiento general del espacio público.
EL PLAN INTEGRAL DE ASFALTO SIGUE A TODA MARCHA
Desde principios de este año se trabaja en 200 nuevas cuadras de asfalto para integrar barrios, instituciones, escuelas y centros comerciales. En la actualidad una de las obras más importantes que se lleva adelante es la pavimentación sobre la calle San Juan y Tucumán, lo que permitirá hacer un corredor interno que conectará San Bernardo, Costa Azul y Lucila del Mar, y de esta forma se descomprimirá el tránsito por calle Mendoza.
A través del Plan Integral de Asfalto se finalizó también la obra del anillo de pavimento nuevo en 800 metros de Aguas Verdes, que cubre la zona de la Plaza Islas Malvinas, el Jardín de Infantes N° 914, la Escuela Primaria N° 14, la Iglesia y demás instituciones del Centro Cívico de la localidad.
También se avanzó con nuevo asfalto y luminaria LED en San Clemente, en la Av. III desde Talas del Tuyú a la Escuela Municipal de Bellas Artes, donde fueron pavimentadas seis cuadras para llegar por asfalto hasta la institución educativa que bordea el Vivero Municipal.
En San Clemente asimismo se continuará con el asfalto nuevo en Av. Naval, más colocación de luminaria LED y semáforos. En una primera etapa se pavimentó el tramo de la Av. Naval que va desde la calle 80, a la altura de la Terminal de Micros, hasta la Avenida I. Y ahora se continuará desde calle 28 hasta la calle IX, uniendo toda la Avenida Naval con asfalto y luminaria LED.
Asimismo, desde el Municipio se diseñó un plan de trabajos que se llevará a adelante en la zona centro del distrito. Este programa incluye el nuevo asfalto en Diagonal 21 de barrio Las Quintas desde calle 17 y calle 50 hasta la calle 14 y 45, para unir con pavimento este populoso barrio de Santa Teresita, donde se encuentra el Jardín de Infantes N° 911, la Escuela Primaria N° 13, el Polideportivo Municipal, el Natatorio Municipal y el Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo.
En lo que respecta a los ingresos se realizó el pavimento nuevo y luminaria LED en la Av. Roldán de Nueva Atlantis y en el histórico ingreso a Mar del Tuyú por Av. 94, ambas eran accesos de arena. Y también se realizó la repavimentación de los accesos a San Bernardo, Lucila del Mar y Mar del Tuyú por Av. 79.
