GENERAL LAVALLE: Kicillof inauguró un Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud en Paraje Pavón
Además, el Gobernador recorrió la obra de un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil que se encuentra paralizada por el Gobierno nacional.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este miércoles el acto de inauguración del Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud (CAPS) “Dr. Arturo Umberto Illia” en la localidad de Paraje Pavón, General Lavalle, junto a los ministros de Salud, Nicolás Kreplak; de Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos, Gabriel Katopodis; y el intendente local, Nahuel Guardia.
En ese marco, Kicillof destacó que “esta es una localidad que creció mucho en los últimos años y necesitaba mejores prestaciones de salud, pero no llegó el mercado para ofrecer soluciones”. “Tampoco podemos esperar que los vecinos y las vecinas se encarguen de construir un hospital: aquí el único que puede garantizar las inversiones en materia sanitaria es el Estado”, añadió.
Este CAPS N° 160 que se inaugura reemplazará a una sala de salud local y permitirá que 3 mil vecinos y vecinas no tengan que trasladarse más de 30 kilómetros hasta el Hospital Municipal “Sagrado Corazón de Jesús”. A partir de una inversión de $222 millones, cuenta con seis consultorios de atención general, odontología y ginecología; vacunatorio con dispensario, office de enfermería y SUM; en tanto que además se entregó equipamiento médico, mobiliario y tecnología para la implementación de la Historia de Salud Integrada.
Al respecto, Kreplak afirmó: “Estamos llevando adelante una inversión sin precedentes en centros de salud y tecnología hospitalaria, incorporando además trabajadores y trabajadoras para mejorar el funcionamiento de todas las áreas del sistema”. “Priorizar la salud pública es una decisión política que vamos a sostener aun cuando nos quieran convencer de que los derechos y la justicia social no existen más”, expresó.
Por su parte, Guardia afirmó: “Más allá de las diferencias políticas, vemos que el Gobernador está cumpliendo con el compromiso de trabajar junto a los 135 municipios para tener salud de calidad”. “Es una emoción muy grande la inauguración de este CAPS en tiempos en los que las obras que dependen de la Nación están todas suspendidas”, detalló.
Durante la jornada, el Gobernador recorrió también la obra del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil que se encuentra paralizada por decisión del Gobierno nacional, a pesar de contar con un avance físico del 87% y ser un espacio fundamental para la contención, atención y estímulo de niños y niñas del distrito.
“El mismo Gobierno nacional que tiene toneladas de alimentos sin distribuir, desertó de sus obligaciones e interrumpió la construcción de los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil”, sostuvo Kicillof e indicó: “Frente a ese desinterés de las autoridades nacionales, desde el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires nos vamos a hacer cargo de continuar y terminar las obras”.
Por último, el Gobernador subrayó que “las políticas de desregulación siguen generando muchos problemas: mientras nos quitan recursos de forma ilegal, aumenta drásticamente la demanda de las prestaciones del Estado”. “Nuestra idea de federalismo es muy distinta: vamos a seguir haciendo las obras que se necesitan porque nuestro compromiso es con las y los 17 millones de bonaerenses”, concluyó.
Estuvieron presentes la ministra de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano, Silvina Batakis; los intendentes de Villa Gesell, Gustavo Barrera; y de La Costa, Juan De Jesús; la legisladora provincial Marcela Basualdo; su par Gustavo Pulti; y el dirigente Osvaldo Goicoechea.
