«Otro desafío que hemos hablado con Martín Poustis es no tener temor a poner todo lo que tenemos que poner. Porque así como vienen y compran, también traen cosas que son de otro lugar. ¿Por qué no salimos nosotros a vender nuestras cosas a otros lugares? Ese es el gran plan que nosotros tenemos, acompañarlos en el proceso de formalización para posibilitar esto», indicó el jefe comunal.
«Un ejemplo son los alfajoreros, que cada uno tiene su marca y van vendiendo por diferentes lugares llevando su producto, han multiplicado la cantidad de ventas por cuatro. Lo mismo pasa con la cerveza. Entonces, ¿por qué no podemos intentar trabajar de esta manera mancomunada? Necesitamos crear economía local», subrayó el intendente.
Sobre los nuevos programas «Promover Oficios » y «Comunidad de Productores»
Por su parte, Poustis detalló: «Hoy estamos lanzando dos programas. El primero se llama Promover Oficios y tiene que ver con recuperar los oficios. La idea es identificar, visibilizar y potenciar a todas aquellas personas que tienen un saber-hacer en nuestra comunidad».
«En una primera etapa, vamos a juntarnos con los Centros de Formación Profesional y con el Centro de Formación Laboral y vamos a pedirle la nómina de todos los costeros y las costeras que ingresaron en esas instituciones y con eso vamos a construir una ventanilla en la que cualquier persona de nuestra comunidad que requiera a algún trabajador con oficio pueda identificarlo, pueda saber cuál es su certificación, cuántos son sus años de experiencia, en qué lugares hace ese trabajo», comentó el secretario de Producción, Empleo y Trabajo. En esta misma línea, agregó que la intención luego es «aggiornar la propuesta educativa que tenemos en nuestros Centros de Formación Profesional y Formación Laboral para que quienes lo deseen puedan certificar sus conocimientos».
Respecto al segundo programa, bautizado Comunidad de Productores, apunta a «cualificar lo que ya existe». «Vamos a registrar a todas las personas que producen un bien de manera autogestiva en nuestro distrito para acompañarlas en el proceso de formalización. Se trata de la posibilidad de capacitar, brindar asistencia técnica y fundamentalmente de cualificar los espacios de comercialización que hoy tenemos», explicó el funcionario municipal.
En este marco, Poustis anunció que se está negociando con la Provincia de Buenos Aires «para que todos los productores costeros puedan ser incorporados en la Cuenta DNI Comercio y comercializar, sobre todo los fines de semana de invierno, con descuentos de la Cuenta DNI». «Esto ya sucede con los productores de alimentos y sabemos que es una diferencia bastante importante para el consumidor y un beneficio para nuestros productores», completó.
