La iniciativa está dirigida a estudiantes del Partido de La Costa y del resto del territorio bonaerense que están cursando el último año de la escuela secundaria. Ya hay más de 175.000 chicos y chicas anotados que podrán viajar, de forma gratuita, a diversos destinos turísticos de distintos municipios. El programa forma parte de una política pública que promueve la igualdad de oportunidades y fomenta la actividad turística.
Se trata de la tercera edición de este programa que, en 2022, permitió viajar a 120.000 jóvenes bonaerenses, tanto de escuelas de gestión estatal como privadas a destinos en la Provincia. Los viajes son de 4 días y 3 noches con todo incluido (alojamiento, comidas, transporte y excursiones).
Para inscribirse, cada estudiante debe completar individualmente el formulario disponible en viajefindecurso.gba.gob.ar. Los nacidos después del 1 de agosto de 2005 tienen que ser autorizados por un adulto responsable.
Los alumnos y quienes autoricen la inscripción deben contar con el DNI en mano, crear un usuario, verificar el correo y confirmar los datos de la escuela a la que asisten.
IMPULSO DEL TURISMO
Según los datos de las autoridades bonaerenses, en las dos ediciones del año pasado el programa tuvo un impacto económico de 6.977 millones de pesos sobre las economías regionales. En total impactó sobre 208 empresas ligadas a la actividad turística, distribuidas en 12 destinos bonaerenses.
El Partido de La Costa, con sus bondades naturales y sus propuestas de ocio, forma parte de los destinos que reciben a los jóvenes. De esta manera, el distrito potencia el movimiento turístico más allá de la temporada de verano.
Puntualmente el programa incluye transporte hacia y desde el destino; alojamiento en un hotel 3 estrellas o superior; pensión completa que incluye merienda en excursiones y con todas las bebidas incluidas.
Cinco son las excursiones diurnas de carácter recreativo, deportivo, cultural o turístico y al menos dos actividades nocturnas de carácter recreativo/bailable, según el destino cubriendo los gastos de un adulto acompañante cada 20 chicos y chicas y de un coordinador cada 35 alumnos.
Los seguros y la asistencia médica, asimismo, son solventados por el Estado provincial en los términos de la Ley Nacional N° 25.599 y la Resolución N° 23/2014 del Ministerio de Turismo.
Este programa de Turismo Estudiantil tiene el objetivo de permitir a todos los estudiantes secundarios de la Provincia de Buenos Aires conocer nuevos paisajes de playa, sierra, laguna o rural, a un máximo de 600 kilómetros de la zona en que se ubica la escuela en donde realizan sus estudios.
EL IMPACTO EN LA ECONOMÍA LOCAL DEL PARTIDO DE LA COSTA
Además de la posibilidad de que los alumnos y las alumnas de escuelas de La Costa viajen con este programa de la Provincia, en lo que respecta al impacto económico en el Partido de La Costa significó que entre septiembre y diciembre de 2022 llegaran al distrito más de 38.000 chicos y chicas de distintos municipios bonaerenses, que cursan el último año de la escuela secundaria de 470 instituciones educativas públicas y privadas.
Esta llegada de jóvenes estudiantes impactó en la economía local en temporada baja, previo a este verano 2023 y resultó un movimiento extra en el consumo local y de la economía de La Costa en un número mayor a los 320 millones de pesos.
Además del Partido de La Costa, los destinos bonaerenses son Villa Gesell, Mar del Plata, Pinamar, Monte Hermoso, Tornquist, San Pedro, Tandil, Alvarado, Escobar, Cañuelas y Necochea, entre otros.
En total en todos los destinos de la Provincia, el programa, en sus dos primeras ediciones, ya incluyó a 1.734 escuelas y se inscribieron más de 120 mil jóvenes que finalizan los estudios secundarios, tanto en escuelas públicas como privadas.
“Este programa es pura alegría, vemos la felicidad de los estudiantes que terminan el secundario y pueden disfrutar de una experiencia única en la vida, muchos de ellos viajando por primera vez con sus compañeras y compañeros y compartiendo actividades con estudiantes provenientes de otras localidades, conociendo el mar, las sierras y distintos atractivos turísticos de la Provincia”, señaló el ministro de Producción, Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica bonaerense, Augusto Costa, en su visita el año pasado a La Costa en compañía del intendente Cristian Cardozo.
