CARDOZO ENCABEZÓ LA PRESENTACIÓN DE LA OFERTA TURÍSTICA DEL PARTIDO DE LA COSTA EN LA FERIA INTERNACIONAL DE TURISMO
Con la presencia del intendente Cristian Cardozo, el Partido de La Costa presentó su oferta turística en la Feria Internacional de Turismo (FIT). El distrito, de este modo, mostró su amplia variedad de propuestas y servicios ante medios de comunicación de todo el país, profesionales del sector y visitantes en general.
El jefe comunal se reunió además, en el predio de La Rural de Palermo, con la subsecretaria de Turismo de la Provincia, María Soledad Martínez, con quien dialogó acerca de cuestiones turísticas además de resaltar que La Costa albergará en 2023 diversas instancias de los Juegos Bonaerenses, los Juegos Evita y los Juegos Universitarios de Playa.
También Cardozo se juntó con intendentes de la región, y juntos conversaron sobre la futura conformación de un polo turístico termal que incluye las Termas Marinas ubicadas en San Clemente.
“Junto a 50 países y 14 provincias, y ante medios nacionales, regionales y locales, pudimos presentar todas las bondades, propuestas, alojamientos, gastronomía y servicios que tiene nuestro Partido de La Costa para recibir al turismo esta temporada y también durante todo el año”, dijo Cardozo a través de sus redes sociales.
“La pandemia nos convirtió en el primer destino turístico del país y logramos sostenerlo fruto del esfuerzo del sector público y privado para ser un destino competitivo. Este verano queremos consolidar ese logro y sumarle más sueños: queremos ser el destino con mayor oferta de servicios”, agregó.
Cardozo destacó que ya se registra un 85% de reservas para este fin de semana largo. “Se espera un registro turístico, algo que venimos impulsando también con eventos y congresos que permitan romper la estacionalidad y promover el movimiento los 365 días del año. Y les cuento que esos resultados ya se pueden ver: cerramos el mes de septiembre con un 29% más de visitantes que 2021”, dijo el Intendente.
En conversación con la prensa presente en la FIT, Cardozo subrayó: “El Partido de La Costa ha trabajado muchísimo para romper la estacionalidad, hemos potenciado el turismo de eventos, congresos y convenciones y también todas las actividades deportivas. Esto permitió que muchos vecinos y vecinas de la provincia de Buenos aires y de otras provincias tengan la posibilidad de conocernos a través de este tipo de propuestas”.
“Estábamos acostumbrados a que el motor arrancara en octubre o noviembre, pero este año ha arrancado mucho tiempo antes. Eso nos genera mucha expectativa, así que seguiremos trabajando en ese sentido”, explicó.
Por otra parte, Cardozo manifestó la importancia de avanzar en un acuerdo de precios: “El Partido de La Costa tiene 14 localidades, cada una con bondades naturales particulares y también con una oferta turística particular. Tenemos que trabajar con el sector privado para que ese acuerdo de precios esté a la altura y dentro de las posibilidades de los argentinos y las argentinas. Que sea accesible, que el vecino que viva en un barrio tenga la oportunidad de vacacionar en alguna de las localidades del Partido de La Costa”.
“Seguimos avanzando como destino turístico y nos proponemos hacerlo junto a cada sector de la actividad para buscar la excelencia en los servicios y la apertura a nuevos mercados que nos lleven a nuevos caminos de crecimiento”, concluyó Cardozo.
