Semana de Santos Vega: Hoy finaliza la licitación para la explotación del servicio de cantina
Los proyectos y propuestas podrán presentarse hasta hoy, en la Mesa de Entradas del municipio en Avenida Mitre 861.
Deberán explicarse los servicios a prestar, los días y horarios de funcionamiento, el canon a pagar, el compromiso de contratación privada para el evento y el precio estimado de los productos.
En la Ordenanza, votada por el HCD, se recuerda la importancia de la cantina durante la noche del sábado en dónde también se realiza el Baile Tradicional luego del cierre de los espectáculos en el escenario.
La Comisión Municipal de Eventos será la encargada de evaluar los pliegos dentro de los 5 días posteriores al cierre de la convocatoria.
La fiesta, que este año es organizada por el municipio ante la falta de una Comisión Directiva, se realizará el 28 y 29 de febrero y el 1 de marzo.
El texto de la Ordenanza:
La Ordenanza 2307/2019; y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante tal ordenanza, se dispuso que la FIESTA DE SANTOS VEGA 2020 sea realizada en forma directa por la Municipalidad de General Lavalle, ante la falta de autoridades de la Comisión respectiva.
Que dentro de la organización de la Fiesta, es de especial importancia la Cantina, tanto por el servicio gastronómico como por el Baile que se realiza en la noche del sábado.
Que a efectos de poder otorgar la explotación de la Cantina, resulta pertinente convocar a los interesados a la presentación de proyectos, los cuales serán evaluados por la Comisión Municipal de Festejos.
Que tal convocatoria debe ser de carácter público, con la más amplia difusión.
Que se debe dictar el acto administrativo correspondiente, el cual será refrendado por el Jefe de Gabinete.
POR ELLO: El Intendente de General Lavalle DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1º: Invítese a presentar proyectos para la explotación de la Cantina en la FIESTA NACIONAL DE SANTOS VEGA 2020
ARTICULO 2º: Los proyectos deben establecer:
– Servicios a prestar
– Días y horarios de funcionamiento
– Canon propuesto
– Compromiso de contratación de seguridad privada para el evento
– Precio estimado de los productos
– Todo otro dato de interés a criterio del peticionante.
ARTICULO 3º: Los proyectos serán analizados por la Comisión Municipal de Festejos, debiendo la misma decidir el más conveniente para el mejor funcionamiento de la FIESTA.
ARTICULO 4º: El plazo para la presentación de los proyectos será hasta el 10 de febrero de 2020, debiendo la Comisión expedirse en el plazo impostergable de CINCO (5) días, debiendo presentarse las propuestas en sobre cerrado en la Mesa de Entradas del Municipio, sito en Mitre 861 de General Lavalle.
ARTICULO 5º: Dese la más amplia difusión al presente, procediendo a su publicación inmediata en el Boletín Oficial SIBOM y en las redes sociales oficiales de la Municipalidad.
ARTICULO 6º: Los interesados deberán acreditar solvencia económica y financiera acorde con el evento, y garantías que serán consideradas oportunamente por el Departamento Ejecutivo.
ARTICULO 7º: El presente Decreto será refrendado por el Jefe de Gabinete.
