se extiende la inscripción a las becas municipales
Debido a la gran cantidad de aspirantes, el intendente Juan Pablo de Jesús decidió extender hasta el jueves 15 de marzo las inscripciones al programa municipal de Becas 2018 para estudios superiores.
La tramitación se efectúa en primera instancia de manera on line a través de la página web de la Municipalidad, donde se deberá completar un formulario. Luego se deberá reunir la documentación requerida para finalizar la inscripción en la oficina de Becas.
La oficina de Becas funciona de lunes a viernes, de 9.00 a 14.00, y se encuentra en el Palacio Municipal, ubicado en Costanera Nº 8001 de Mar del Tuyú. Ante eventuales dudas, los interesados podrán comunicarse vía telefónica a través del (02246) 43-3002.
Las becas municipales son una política destinada a todos aquellos que quieran seguir estudios de nivel superior y hayan terminado el secundario, o bien ya se encuentren cursando carreras de este tipo, y son independientes de la situación económica que transite el potencial alumno, teniendo por objetivo acompañar e incentivar la vocación de estudio.
A continuación se detallan los requisitos y la documentación necesaria para llevar adelante la inscripción:
TRÁMITE DE SOLICITUD DE BECA
Requisitos del peticionante:
Estar domiciliado en el Partido de La Costa.
Estar estudiando una carrera de nivel superior (universitaria o terciaria) en cualquier establecimiento del país de gestión privado o estatal.
Haber finalizado el secundario/polimodal.
Si cursa del 2° año en adelante: tener rendidos/aprobados el 75% de los finales.
Completar la solicitud formal – Declaración Jurada.
Entregar en tiempo y forma la documentación requerida por la Oficina de Becas.
Leer el Reglamento para el otorgamiento de Becas.
Documentación requerida:
Carta dirigida al intendente exponiendo los motivos de la solicitud. La misma debe ser redactada
Fotocopia del DNI: 1°, 2° hoja y cambio de domicilio.
Inscripción a la carrera o una constancia de alumno regular emitida por la Universidad.
Si ingresa a 1° año: Fotocopia del Certificado Analítico de Secundario/Polimodal o Constancia de Analítico en trámite con Promedio General, o fotocopia de los últimos boletines.
Si cursa del 2° año en adelante: Certificado Analítico Parcial de las materias aprobadas emitido por la Universidad o fotocopia de Libreta Universitaria.
Declaración Jurada / Solicitud – completar e imprimir el formulario online
Presentar toda la documentación en 1 folio tamaño oficio.
