Cristian recorrió espacios de cuidados especiales para posibles pacientes de coronavirus
El intendente del Partido de La Costa, Cristian Cardozo, recorrió esta mañana junto al jefe de Emergencia COVID-19, Dr. Marcelo Melgarejo, los espacios de cuidados que junto al comité epidemiológico local se organizó ante el posible peor escenario en el coronavirus.
Cardozo inspeccionó el Centro de Aislamiento Sanitario para pacientes leves de COVID-19, un espacio que cuenta con 300 camas destinadas a pacientes con escasos síntomas. También recorrió la nueva unidad de cuidados intensivos para pacientes críticos y con asistencia respiratoria, en un sector especial del Hospital de Mar de Ajó. La internación cuenta con oxígeno central y alta complejidad para el cuidado crítico.
«Trabajamos para que la pandemia nos cause el menor dolor posible, por eso además de los controles y las prevenciones, no descuidamos la infraestructura y el equipamiento sanitario ante un posible avance del virus», sostuvo Cardozo en las redes sociales, donde también para esta tarde se aguarda alrededor de las 18.00 un mensaje a la comunidad en el que brindará detalles de cómo continuará en La Costa el aislamiento preventivo.
