CASTELLI: PROGRAMAS DE VIVIENDA: SE ULTIMAN DETALLES EN EL BARRIO DE POLICÍA DE CASTELLI
Se trata del primer barrio de este tipo en nuestra ciudad y cuenta con 24 viviendas destinadas a hombres y mujeres de la fuerza policial que residen en Castelli y que junto a sus familias podrán cumplir el sueño del techo propio. Este barrio fue posible gracias a un trabajo conjunto entre la Municipalidad de Castelli y la Caja de Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Las unidades cuentan con 2 dormitorios, cocina-comedor y baño y están dispuestas en terrenos que fueron cedidos por el Municipio. La semana pasada se culminó con las tareas de colocación de árboles en el frente de cada vivienda que ya cuenta también con la conexión a los servicios esenciales y alumbrado público.
Además, se realizaron veredas en todos los frentes, cordón cuneta y contará con la posibilidad de conexión a un abono básico de internet gratuito, gestionado junto a la Cooperativa de Electricidad de Castelli.
La realización de todo el proyecto estuvo a cargo de la constructora municipal lo que permitió ahorrar grandes costos y acelerar los tiempos de construcción.
La modalidad de cobro para cada familia será “a pagar en 15 años con una tasa del 6% anual” según detalló el Intendente Francisco Echarren quien aseguró “en unos días vamos entregar a sus propietarios las casas de este barrio y es una muestra del avance que seguimos teniendo en Castelli”.
