YA ESTÁN PUBLICADOS LOS PROTOCOLOS PARA DESCARGAR Y AL CUMPLIRLOS PODER REINICIAR LA VENTA EN LOS COMERCIOS MINORISTAS
La senadora provincial, Gabriela Demaría, junto a la secretaria de Protección Ciudadana y Ordenamiento Urbano, Daniela Giménez, fueron quienes comunicaron de manera oficial que el intendente Cristian Cardozo puso en marcha los protocolos sanitarios con cuyo cumplimiento se habilita la venta de los comercios minoristas de La Costa bajo meticulosas condiciones y medidas sanitarias preventivas.
“En el día de ayer el gobierno Provincial nos autorizó el protocolo que presentamos que lo confeccionamos con el intendente Cardozo la semana pasada para los comercios minoristas. Los comercios ya se pueden inscribir a través de la página web de la Municipalidad”, explicó Giménez.
“Deben descargar los protocolos, que deben respetar tanto los clientes como quienes se acerquen a los comercios y también el comerciante y sus trabajadores”, sostuvo Giménez. Además, informó que la apertura será de acuerdo a las terminaciones de DNI para cuidar la cantidad de personas circulando en la vía pública.
Sobre cómo se trabajó para los protocolos, Demaría comentó: “Hace más de una semana Cristian Cardozo como intendente muy enfocado en todo el desarrollo de la pandemia tanto en el país, como en la Provincia y principalmente en La Costa, y viendo el alto grado de cumplimiento que la comunidad había entendido de qué se trataba la pandemia del COVID-19 , le pidió a su equipo que empezara a trabajar en determinados convenios para que se pudieran reanudar ciertas actividades económicas”.
“Eso llevó varios días de trabajo en conjunto, en equipo, desarrollando cada protocolo de acuerdo a las distintas actividades. Cristian estuvo en contacto continuo con el gobernador Axel Kicillof y con el jefe de gabinete, Carlos Bianco, remitiéndole los protocolos por la vía correspondiente, pero a su vez con comunicaciones telefónicas y por mensaje alentando la aprobación, así lo hemos tenido”, completó la senadora de la Provincia.
Los rubros habilitados de acuerdo a este protocolo de comercios minoristas son casas de electrónica, viveros, cotillón, regalerías, jugueterías, artículos de caza y pesca, casa de alarmas, concesionarios de autos/motos, venta de bicicletas, cerrajerías, casa de repuestos, computación, librerías, librería comercial, vinotecas, casas de alfajores, chocolaterías, lanerías, marroquinerías , lencerías, ropa e indumentaria, zapaterías, zapatillerías, imprentas, papeleras, heladerías, lubricentros, gomerías, venta de electrodomésticos y venta de celulares.
El protocolo en cuestión consta de distintos apartados que procuran reducir las posibilidades de contagio del COVID-19 ofreciendo en primer lugar información para conocer detalles de la infección, luego brindando un esquema de actuación en el supuesto de presentarse un caso sospechoso y avanzando con una serie de acciones para prevenir el contagio y con las pautas para una correcta higiene del lugar de trabajo.
Uno de los pasajes más salientes del protocolo detalla las condiciones mínimas de resguardo para el virus que establece como horario de atención comercial de lunes a sábado, de 9.00 a 17.00, y que dispone de horarios especiales de atención exclusivos para mayores de 65 años. Agrega también la disposición de personal que controle los accesos y evite las aglomeraciones en los locales.
En relación a las aglomeraciones, aclara que se deberá asegurar que no haya más de una persona cada 4 metros cuadrados, dentro del local y que asimismo se deberán señalizar los lugares de espera, dando cumplimiento al distanciamiento social de 2 metros.
En referencia a los empleados y trabajadores, el protocolo manifiesta que deberá asistir al lugar de trabajo provisto de un kit de higiene personal: tapaboca, jabón líquido, alcohol en gel y/o solución de alcohol al 70% y hacer uso permanente del mismo. También deberá disponerse de alcohol en gel o su solución al 70 por ciento para los clientes y para higienizar periódicamente el local, superficies, elementos de uso y todo aquello que pueda ser manipulado. Suma a su vez la medida de ventilar el local de manera permanente.
Vinculado también al personal, el protocolo precisa además que se deberá licenciar a quienes sean grupo de riesgo y disponer en lo posible de un sistema de turnos rotativos del personal de trabajo, de modo de reducir la congestión y circulación de personas. El distanciamiento también se materializa solicitando que se asegure la distancia entre el cliente y los productos no envasados.
Las medidas apuntan asimismo a fomentar el pago con tarjeta de débito y crédito, la utilización de mamparas en las cajas de cobro que aseguren la protección de vendedor/cliente y el fortalecimiento de sistemas de ventas online, por teléfono, redes sociales. Propone a su vez facilitar las entregas a domicilio y establecer turnos para entrega de los pedidos.
La medida y la aprobación de los protocolos para el comercio minorista se anuncia el mismo día en que se decreta el esquema de contravenciones por el incumplimiento de las normas del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio, que entre otras cuestiones incluye el respeto por los protocolos sanitarios para cada una de las actividades permitidas. Se trata sin dudas de una estrategia del mandatario local para dar vigor a las pautas sanitaras establecidas.
