ESTAFADOR «0 KILÓMETRO» EN LA COSTA: LE VENDIÓ PLANES A MÁS DE 40 PERSONAS EN LA COSTA Y SE QUEDÓ CON LA PLATA
Un sujeto de 33 años, acusado de estafar a 41 personas de distintas localidades de la costa atlántica con la venta de planes de autos 0 kilómetro de la concesionaria Peugeot, quedó a disposición de la justicia luego de un allanamiento realizado por la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires en Mar del Plata en el marco del Operativo Sol 2018.
El operativo se llevó a cabo en un domicilio ubicado en la calle Buenos Aires al 2743 de la mencionada ciudad balnearia y estuvo a cargo de personal perteneciente a la DDI local, que notificó al sujeto sobre su procesamiento y secuestraron en el lugar documentación de interés para la causa (talonarios de solicitud de adhesión a planes y recibos pertenecientes a la concesionaria para la que trabajaba).
Según indicaron las autoridades, la investigación comenzó el 7 de diciembre pasado cuando el representante legal de la concesionaria oficial Peugeot Belchamp S.A. denunció que uno de sus empleados de la empresa había realizado una campaña de venta en las localidades de Mar de Ajó y el Partido de La Costa y que a su vuelta, presentó un certificado médico por psiquiatría y retuvo para sí los resultados del trabajo (clientes, dinero de reservas y talonarios).
Además, desde la concesionaria informaron que le exigieron al sujeto vía legal que presente la totalidad de las solicitudes de pre-venta que había realizado y los recibos, pero que éste se negó a efectuar la devolución.
A principios de enero, tres clientes se presentaron en la empresa automotriz con certificados de adhesiones a planes 0 kilómetro y comprobantes de pago de reservas, realizados por el acusado, quien se había quedado con el dinero.
Ante ello, el Gabinete de Delitos Económicos de la DDI Mar del Plata, con órdenes explícitas de la Fiscalía 10 a cargo del Dr. Roberto Javier Pizzo, allanó el domicilio del acusado y, además de notificarlo sobre su procesamiento, secuestró documentación que probaría que otras 39 personas fueron víctimas de la estafa.
