La ANMAT prohibió alimentos en conserva por riesgo de intoxicación
La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (Anmat) prohibió el uso, la comercialización y distribución de una marca de harina de maíz blanco, unas galletitas, una serie de productos médicos y una marca de alimentos en escabeche, según se publicó en el Boletín Oficial.
• Bajo la disposición 623/2020, la entidad desestimó en la Argentina todos los productos elaborados por el establecimiento » Fatto in casa, Norma Coatti. 9 de julio 1770- Monte Maíz, Córdoba», que produce escabeche de pollo, de jabalí, deshuesado de pavita y de vizcacha.
“Las condiciones de elaboración no permiten garantizar la seguridad del producto, por lo que se dispuso el cese de elaboración y comercialización… Los alimentos pueden representar un riesgo grave para la salud de quienes lo consuman”, expresa el comunicado oficial.
• También, se interrumpió la comercialización de la “Harina de Maíz Blanco precocida, marca PAN” porque no cumplía con la normativa alimentaria vigente, expone la disposición 625/2020.
En el envase, este producto importado indicaba ser “libre de gluten”, pese a que no poseía la autorización sanitaria con esa condición.
• Por último, en la disposición 627/2020 que las galletas «semilladas con chía y lino sin colesterol marca Frutigran, de Granix, elaboradas antes del 12 de enero», no llevan la leyenda «puede contener leche». Aunque en la elaboración de este producto no se utiliza leche, hay riesgo de contaminación cruzada debido a que en las mismas instalaciones se fabrican productos que sí la llevan.
“Se informa a la población susceptible a reacciones alérgicas a la proteína de la leche que la empresa Asociación Argentina de los Adventistas del 7° día se encuentra realizando el retiro del mercado de ciertos lotes del siguiente producto. Esta medida se decide a partir de la investigación y acciones de fiscalización y gestión de riesgo realizadas por la Dirección de Industrias y Productos Alimenticios (DIPA) del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario (MDA) de provincia de Buenos Aires sobre dicho producto a partir de una denuncia recibida por INAL- ANMAT”, informó la compañía en un comunicado emitido a comienzos de este mes.
