ARACELI FULLES :Badaracco tenía una denuncia por abuso sexual contra su hijastra
Darío Badaracco, el principal sospechoso por el asesinato de Araceli Fulles, tenía una denuncia en su contra por abuso sexual agravado contra su hijastra de 3 años, y por lesiones a su hijastro de 5, según se conoció este lunes en el marco de la investigación por el crimen de la joven.
El abuso habría tenido lugar en la misma casa donde se encontró el cuerpo de Araceli, y la denuncia fue presentada por el padre biológico de los dos menores. En la presentación se detalla que los chicos fueron llevados al hospital, donde corroboraron el abuso en la nena y las lesiones en la espalda al pequeño.
Además, en las últimas horas se conoció que la Policía allanó nuevamente el domicilio de Badaracco, donde hallaron elementos compatibles con las marcas de ahorcamiento que presentaba el cadáver de Araceli.
En tanto, familiares y amigos de Araceli Fulles, acompañados por vecinos de la localidad de José León Suárez, realizaron este lunes una nutrida marcha en reclamo de justicia. La movilización se concentró a partir de las 18 en la avenida Márquez y 9 de Julio, en José León Suárez, partido de San Martín.
Vestidos con remeras negras, la madre de la joven y familiares encabezaron la marcha que caminó en silencio por la avenida Juan Manuel de Rosas, con velas y pancartas con el pedido de justicia.
La movilización se trasladó hasta la plaza donde fue vista por última vez la joven asesinada. Oscar, tío de Araceli, expresó: «Tenemos mucha bronca. A esta gente le deseamos lo peor». «Queremos que se tomen medidas para que esto no pase más. Queremos que esta gente no salga más de la cárcel», indicó.
Este lunes, familiares de la joven reiteraron sus críticas hacia la investigación del caso. Andrés Orellano, hermanastro de la joven asesinada, señaló: «Hace un mes que empezamos con todo esto de buscar a mi hermana, tratando de encontrarla con vida. Queremos una justicia justa, que no pasen más estas cosas y que la gente que hizo este daño no salga nunca más de la cárcel». «Hay muchas cosas que no se hicieron y, si se hicieron, se hicieron mal. Hubo muchas dudas, sabemos cuáles fueron las cosas se hicieron mal», indicó.
En la misma línea, el padre de Araceli, Ricardo Fulles, reiteró sus malestar por la forma en que se desarrolló la investigación y dijo: «Nosotros no somos nadie para la Justicia». Por otro lado, la fiscal Graciela López Pereyra, quien lleva adelante la investigación por el crimen de Araceli Fulles, había citado este sábado a Badaracco para indagarlo en la fiscalía de San Martín, pero el acusado se negó a prestar declaración.
El hombre había quedado detenido el viernes por la noche en el Bajo Flores porteño, en cercanías a la Villa 1.11.14. La acusación de la fiscalía es por homicidio agravado, por la cantidad de autores, y femicidio.
Además, la fiscal indagó este sábado a los otros seis detenidos por el caso, quienes negaron su vinculación con la desaparición y crimen de Araceli, y dieron un relato que ahora la fiscalía deberá cotejar. Estos son Carlos Damián Alberto Cassalz, de 36 años dueño del corralón donde trabajaba; los hermanos Jonathan y Emanuel Ávalos, de 29 y 25 respectivamente, y Marcos Ibarra, de 32, sospechados de ser coautores del hecho.
Los otros apresados son dos empleados del corralón de Cassalz, llamados Hugo Martín Cabañas (46) y Marcelo Ezequiel Escobedo (37), quienes están acusados de «encubrimiento». En el marco de la investigación por la desaparición y crimen de Araceli, Asuntos Internos de la Policía Bonaerense separó de sus cargos a tres policías. Los desafectados son el subcomisario Hernán Humbert, el oficial principal José Gabriel Herlein y el oficial subinspector Elian Ismael Avalos.
Los dos primeros fueron separados por sus actuaciones en los rastrillajes y los desafectaron de manera preventiva. El tercero es hermano de los dos de los seis detenidos y se sospecha que pudo haber ayudado a los implicados en el crimen.
Araceli había sido vista por última vez el 2 de abril y fue buscada intensamente desde entonces en el partido bonaerense de San Martín y alrededores hasta este jueves a la noche, cuando perros rastreadores encontraron su cuerpo desnudo y cubierto con cal debajo de un contrapiso, a unos 35 centímetros de profundidad, en la casa de la familia de Badaracco. Según los resultados preliminares de la autopsia Araceli fue estrangulada.
