Cristian recorrió los trabajos que se llevan adelante para la pavimentación de Avenida Roldán en Nueva Atlantis
Cristian, acompañado por vecinos de Nueva Atlantis y la secretaria General de Gobierno, Daniela Giménez, adelantó además la puesta en marcha de un plan integral de mejoras en las calles de arena para que mantengan su belleza natural.
El intendente recordó que «muchos vecinos planteaban que esto no se iba a llevar adelante, que era simplemente una promesa. Sin embargo, hoy estamos caminando sobre el suelo cemento y muy pronto estaremos sobre el asfalto, que son casi 15 cuadras”.
Por su parte, Luis, un vecino de la localidad que además preside la Asociación Civil El Progreso de Nueva Atlantis, agradeció a Cristian y su equipo por los trabajos. “Es una obra muy esperada porque es una carta de presentación esta avenida y hacía falta ponerla hermosa como ahora. Esperemos que uniéndose con la avenida Chascomús vamos a tener un acceso muy importante y muy lindo para la comunidad”, resaltó Luis.
Durante la recorrida, Cristian destacó además que este tipo de obras “es fundamental para el progreso de las comunidades, es poder brindar mayor accesibilidad y mayor seguridad, porque esta va a ser una avenida muy transitada que va a tener su luminaria LED, su obra hidráulica y que le va a permitir a la zona un mayor crecimiento”.
En este sentido, remarcó que estos trabajos acompañan el desarrollo y el crecimiento poblacional que viene teniendo el Partido de La Costa en los últimos años: “En la actualidad hay alrededor de 120 mil habitantes y a medida que el Partido de La Costa se va desarrollando, más vecinos y vecinas eligen esta comunidad para venir a disfrutar de su vida. Por eso estas obras son importantes para facilitarles la vida, para llegar a las escuelas, para el transporte público”.
Asimismo el jefe comunal aclaró que “el objetivo no es asfaltar todas las cuadras para no afectar el ambiente, pero sí en algunas calles principales para que sea más accesible. Para el resto de las cuadras estamos avanzando en un plan de obras de mejorado con nueva maquinaria que estamos adquiriendo para poder arreglarlas manteniendo su estado natural”.
AVANZA EL PLAN INTEGRAL DE ASFALTO Y LUMINARIA LED
En San Clemente ya se culminó la primera etapa de los trabajos de asfalto de la Avenida Naval hasta la Av. I. En una segunda etapa continuarán hasta la calle 28, en las inmediaciones del estadio del Club El Gran Porvenir, para luego asfaltar hasta la IX, donde se emplaza el monumento de Ceferino Namuncurá, previo al camino que lleva a Punta Rasa y Termas Marinas.
Además, el Plan Integral de Asfalto continúa con la repavimentación del acceso a Lucila del Mar, y también está previsto la pavimentación sobre dos calles internas para unir Lucila del Mar y San Bernardo.
También se realizará el asfalto para acceder con pavimento a la Escuela de Bellas Artes de San Clemente, y se llevarán a cabo 800 metros de asfalto hasta la Escuela de Aguas Verdes con veredas y luminaria LED.
Asimismo, en Santa Teresita se continuará con la pavimentación e instalación de luces LED sobre la diagonal 21, desde calle 45 a 50 y se asfaltará esta importante calle que lleva a los establecimientos educativos de la zona como la Escuela Escuela N° 14 y el Jardín de Infantes N° 914, más el Polideportivo, el Natatorio municipal y el Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo.
