LA COSTA: Deportistas del Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento adaptaron sus entrenamientos y se preparan desde sus casas
El intendente del Partido de La Costa, Cristian Cardozo, mantuvo una videollamada con un grupo de jóvenes deportistas que forman parte del Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento, quienes adaptaron sus rutinas de entrenamiento para permanecer en sus hogares.
Desde el inicio del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio, el Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento (CEMARD) envió a cada deportista un plan de entrenamientos adecuado para poder llevarlo adelante desde sus casas y así continuar con la planificación para cuando sea el momento del regreso a las competencias de primer nivel.
“Esta mañana hicimos una videollamada con un grupo de jóvenes deportistas que forman parte del Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento, quienes nos contaron cómo adaptaron sus rutinas de entrenamiento para permanecer en casa”, contó en sus redes sociales el intendente Cardozo.
“Bajo la supervisión del equipo del CEMARD, este grupo de deportistas se esfuerza por encontrar la manera de sobreponerse a este momento tan difícil. Esa perseverancia es ejemplo para toda nuestra comunidad. Agradecemos el encuentro y seguimos trabajando juntos con la certeza de que el deporte es inclusión, contención y vida saludable”, agregó Cristian en contacto con los deportistas costeros de Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento.
Por otra parte, el director del CEMARD, Gustavo Leiva, remarcó que “en algunos casos también se pudieron realizar charlas por videoconferencia, para poder intercambiar opiniones y experiencias con ellos en este contexto tan distinto para todos. Fueron 90 días en donde se priorizó la preparación física y la contención de cada uno de los jóvenes que integran el grupo de deportistas costeros de alto rendimiento”.
“Además, en estos 3 meses de aislamiento, todo el equipo de profesionales que integran el CEMARD pudo participar de distintos cursos de perfeccionamiento para poder seguir acompañando a nuestros deportistas con las mejores herramientas”, agregó Leiva.
