Detección de nuevos talentos deportivos de la Escuela Municipal de Taekwondo
Comenzó ayer en el Centro Municipal de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo (CEMARD) el programa Futuros Talentos, que tiene como objetivo detectar los talentos de las categorías de este año y formar un seleccionado pre-infantil e infantil de taekwondo.
“Vamos a potenciar las cualidades de todos estos chicos, que ya están en actividad en las escuelas de Taekwondo y en los centros de desarrollo deportivo” explicó el responsable de la Escuela Municipal de Taekwondo, Gabriel Krause.
El profesor Krause destacó que en esta etapa los niños y niñas no deberán competir. “Se buscarán los talentos ocultos de cada uno para nutrir los seleccionados de cadetes, juveniles y adultos con valores ya preparados. El objetivo es formar un grupo numeroso de atletas para el Partido de La Costa y en esta instancia no competirán si no lo desean”, dijo y adelantó que los niños y niñas que participen del programa entrenarán dos veces por mes en la sede del CEMARD bajo la dirección general del profesor Gustavo Leiva.
Al aplicar toda la tecnología que aporta el CEMARD, las escuelas municipales recibirán a los jóvenes taekwondistas no sólo con el talento técnico para desarrollar la disciplina sino también con un sólido conocimiento de su estructura física y fisiológica volcadas en las bases de datos del Centro. De esta manera, los chicos que hoy ingresan tendrán la posibilidad de incursionar en el alto rendimiento deportivo en cuatro años.
