Aqui el comunicado:
Lo informado en la agencia Telam, entre otros medios periodísticos, sobre la inminente llegada de Fabian Tablado, que en 1996 asesinó de 113 puñaladas a su novia Carolina Aló, y
Considerando
Que, Fabián Gerardo Tablado, el femicida que en 1996 asesinó de 113 puñaladas a su novia Carolina Aló y que en diciembre pasado, luego de cumplir un año de condena por violar perimetrales, se había mudado a la casa de una nueva novia en la localidad cordobesa de Bell Ville, fue excluido de ese hogar luego de ser denunciado por violencia de género.
Que, según la denuncia, desde el domicilio se escucharon «gritos» y una «fuerte discusión», por lo que los vecinos, sabiendo que allí vive Tablado, temiendo por la joven -su identidad se resguardó-, pidieron que se acercara un patrullero.
Que, voceros judiciales precisaron que en el caso intervino inicialmente la Fiscalía de 1ra. Nominación de Bell Ville, a cargo de Nicolás Gambini, quien dispuso la restricción de acercamiento de Tablado a la joven y además asignó una custodia policial en el domicilio.
Que, sin embargo, el caso ya fue derivado a la jueza Noelia Azcona, del Juzgado de Niñez, Juventud, Violencia Familia y de Género de la ciudad de Bell Ville.
Que, fuentes judiciales explicaron que la jueza citará en los próximos días a la joven para volver a preguntarle por lo sucedido y para saber si va a instar o no la acción penal, ya que, al tratarse de un delito de instancia privada, si la presunta víctima no denuncia, no puede impulsarse la causa.
Que, en paralelo, Tablado ya había pedido hace unos días ante el Juzgado de Familia 5 de Tigre permiso para cambiar su domicilio y mudarse a partir del 13 de agosto a una vivienda de su familia ubicada en la localidad de San Clemente del Tuyú, Partido de La Costa.
Que, «En esa localidad con la ayuda de mis padres podré desarrollarme y continuar de reinsertarme socialmente con expectativas laborales, ya que con la colocación de la pulsera electrónica que aún llevo colocada, se hace difícil mi independencia económica y reinserción laboral», dijo Tablado en su petición al Juzgado de Tigre.
Que, sobre su arribo a San Clemente del Tuyú, Tablado explicó que «durante los primeros días de estadía» será acompañado por su madre, María Esther Gallardo, quien, según explica, lo acompañó «en todo momento siendo un sostén importante para el proceso de reinserción social».
Que, además agregó: «Hago saber que con el domicilio en la localidad (de San Clemente), estoy mucho más cerca de los afectos familiares, como así también de la asistencia y ayuda familiar que todo este proceso llevara a cabo, por lo que es mi deseo quedarme a vivir allí».
Que, a pesar de que Tablado ya cumplió todas sus condenas en causas penales, ese es el juzgado que lo monitorea con tobillera electrónica para que cumpla la prohibición de acercamiento que se le impuso con Edgardo Aló, papá de Carolina.
Que, desde el juzgado se ordenó preguntarle a la Subdirección de Supervisión Electrónica de la Dirección de Violencia de Género dependiente del Servicio Penitenciario Bonaerense (SPB), a cargo del control de los dispositivos de monitoreo, si en caso de efectivizarse el cambio de domicilio a San Clemente, resulta factible la aplicación de los protocolos.
Que, el 15 de diciembre pasado, Tablado recuperó su libertad al salir de la Unidad 46 del Complejo Penitenciario San Martín, tras cumplir un año de prisión efectiva luego de ser condenado en un juicio por dos hechos de «desobediencia», por haber violado dos perimetrales que tenía con Aló padre y con sus hijas.
Que, ese mismo día, Tablado viajó a Bell Ville para mudarse a la casa de su nueva novia cordobesa, a quien solo había conocido por redes sociales.
Que, cuando tenía 20 años, Tablado fue protagonista de uno de los casos policiales más resonantes de la historia criminal argentina cuando el 27 de mayo de 1996 asesinó de 113 puñaladas a su novia Carolina Aló de 17 años, en su casa de la calle Albarellos 348 de Tigre.
Que, en 1998 Tablado fue condenado por la justicia de San Isidro a 24 años de prisión por «homicidio simple» y evitó la perpetua, y en 2013, el femicida sumó la segunda condena por amenazar a su ex mujer -con quien se casó en la cárcel-, y su ex suegra, y se le unificó una pena única de 26 años y seis meses que debía agotarse a fines de 2022.
Que, por el beneficio de la derogada Ley del «2×1» y los cursos que hizo en prisión como «estímulo educativo», el cómputo de la condena se le redujo y la pena se le dio por concluida el 28 de febrero de 2020, cuando abandonó la Unidad 21 de Campana y se fue a vivir a la misma casa de Tigre donde cometió el femicidio, tras lo cual violó las perimetrales que lo llevaron un año más a prisión.
