IMPULSO A LA CONSTRUCCIÓN: CARDOZO FIRMÓ UN CONVENIO PARA EL DESARROLLO DE MÁS VIVIENDAS DEL PLAN PROCREAR EN EL PARTIDO DE LA COSTA
El intendente del Partido de La Costa, Cristian Cardozo, continúa llevando adelante distintas gestiones ante el Gobierno Nacional, y en esta oportunidad firmó un convenio para el desarrollo de más viviendas del Plan Procrear en el distrito.
“Hoy firmamos junto al secretario de Desarrollo Territorial de la Nación, Luciano Scatolini, y al representante del Banco Hipotecario, Gustavo Cento Docato, el convenio para avanzar en esta política de acceso y desarrollo habitacional que es el Procrear en nuestro distrito”, informó Cardozo.
En este marco, Cardozo hizo hincapié en el crecimiento que tuvo la construcción en el Partido de La Costa, alcanzando un récord histórico lo cual representa una base fundamental para el fortalecimiento de la economía local.
“Vivimos momentos récords de construcción en el Partido de La Costa, lo que activa la economía local, implica ingreso de dinero y mano de obra trabajando, más consumo y más crecimiento para toda la comunidad”, señaló el Intendente.
En este sentido, Cardozo detalló que “en todo 2021 se construyó como nunca antes en el Partido de La Costa, y en los primeros 6 meses de 2022 ya superamos esa cantidad de metros de obras privadas: récord histórico”.
En 2021 en el Partido de La Costa se realizaron 235.269,05 metros cuadrados de obras particulares, de los cuales 218.260,64 corresponden a obras nuevas y otros 17.008,41 a incorporaciones en obras.
Cardozo, apuntó que este crecimiento “se fortalece con el impulso del Estado a través del programa Procrear, con más de 100 obras de vivienda y la ejecución de otras 200 más que se sumarán, además de con los beneficios que brindamos desde la Municipalidad, para impulsar el trabajo y la construcción, como los descuentos del 50% en los derechos para obras nuevas e incorporaciones y la eximición del pago de derechos en viviendas unifamiliares y en las correspondientes al programa Procrear”.
“Seguimos gestionando para que la política traiga soluciones integrales que incluyan y sean motores de progreso para toda la comunidad”, remarcó el jefe comunal.
