RAMALLO /Kicillof: “Cuenta DNI será la primera billetera digital en la que se apliquen los reintegros al IVA”
El gobernador Axel Kicillof encabezó este miércoles junto al presidente del Banco Provincia, Juan Cuattromo, el acto en el que se anunció un nuevo hito histórico de la banca pública bonaerense: desde 2020, ya se alcanzaron los $2 billones en créditos productivos, de los cuales el 80% estuvo dirigido a pymes que contaron con tasas especiales. Fue en el municipio de Ramallo, donde además se hizo entrega de equipamiento para fortalecer el sistema de salud, con la participación del dirigente Mauro Poletti.
En ese marco, Kicillof destacó que “no podemos volver a las épocas en las que el Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires era un instrumento para la especulación financiera”. “Recuperamos la banca pública que impulsa el crédito para las pymes y otorga beneficios a las y los bonaerenses: Cuenta DNI será la primera billetera digital que reintegre el IVA en base a las políticas impulsadas por el Ministerio de Economía de la Nación”, agregó.
A partir de la recuperación de su rol histórico, el Banco Provincia incrementó su participación en el mercado de créditos productivos: pasó de representar el 7,8% en diciembre de 2019 a explicar el 12,5% en septiembre de este año.
En tanto, Cuattromo resaltó que “conscientes de que el Banco Provincia tiene un solo dueño que es nuestro pueblo, hemos impulsado una gestión para ponerlo al servicio de la producción y para lograr que esté comprometido con la realidad de los y las bonaerenses”. “Nuestros créditos están destinados a las pymes y a apuntalar todos los proyectos de inversión del sector privado que permitan generar más empleo”, indicó.
Del total de los préstamos asignados, 11.000 fueron para inversión con tasa subsidiada, alcanzando los $131.000 millones. Asimismo, la línea para Inversión Provincia en Marcha generó 389 préstamos por $12.533 millones, con tasa subsidiada por el Ministerio de Producción, Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica, en tanto que $452.000 millones fueron destinados a financiar al sector agropecuario.
“En Ramallo no vamos a salir adelante con ajuste y flexibilización laboral, sino con más derechos y políticas que promuevan la inversión y desarrollo productivo”, aseguró Poletti y sostuvo: “No hay lugar para más excusas, necesitamos trabajar junto a la provincia para que la inclusión y el empleo sean una realidad para todas las familias de nuestro distrito”.
Por último, el Gobernador subrayó que “nuestra función es defender los intereses de nuestro pueblo, y eso es lo que hacemos con políticas que generan igualdad de oportunidades en todos los municipios de la provincia”. “Vamos a seguir por este camino para construir un futuro mejor, en el que se amplíen los derechos a partir del crecimiento, la inclusión y la justicia social”, concluyó.
Equipamiento para fortalecer el sistema de salud
Durante la jornada, Kicillof encabezó también el acto de puesta en funcionamiento de dos ambulancias de alta complejidad destinadas a mejorar la gestión de emergencias en los municipios de Ramallo y Rojas, junto a la subsecretaria de Gestión de la Información, Educación Permanente y Fiscalización del Ministerio de Salud, Leticia Ceriani, y el dirigente de Rojas, Carlos Salinas. Además, las autoridades entregaron un respirador para el Hospital “José María Gomendio”.
“Nos tocó asumir con la provincia en estado de emergencia sanitaria, sin insumos en los hospitales ni las ambulancias necesarias para atender las emergencias en los municipios”, expresó Kicillof y agregó: “No dedicamos ni un solo segundo a quejarnos ni a lamentarnos: nos pusimos a trabajar desde el primer día para fortalecer el sistema de salud y llevar respuestas a las necesidades de los y las bonaerenses”.
Participaron de las actividades el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; el dirigente de Rojas Ramiro Baguear; el director ejecutivo de la Agencia de Asistencia Técnico Legislativa del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Mariano Pinedo; el diputado provincial Carlos Puglelli; los concejales Leandro Torri, Hernán Stebano, Adrián Lescano y Cristian Mansilla; y la concejala Daniela Mesías; el director del Hospital “José María Gomendio”, Ricardo Vales; y el director de la Región Sanitaria IV, José Agudo.
