El intendente Cristian Cardozo anunció la creación del primer Edificio Universitario del Partido de La Costa, un espacio que concentrará toda la oferta educativa de nivel superior del distrito en la localidad de Santa Teresita.
En su discurso de apertura de sesiones del HCD, Cristian adelantó que el proyecto está avanzando en la Legislatura bonaerense. “La senadora Gabriela Demaría nos posibilitó al Partido de La Costa, con media sanción en la Cámara de Senadores, estar a un paso de adquirir un edificio, ahora pasa a Diputados y va a ser el lugar en donde, si Dios quiere, con el esfuerzo de toda la comunidad, vamos a comenzar a emplazar las obras del Edificio Universitario del Partido de La Costa”, detalló el jefe comnunal.
“Este primer Edificio Universitario del Partido de La Costa va a estar en Santa Teresita, en la calle 36 y 3”, remarcó el intendente. En la actualidad, el Partido de La Costa cuenta con una amplia oferta educativa de nivel superior que abarca carreras de distintas áreas, para que los costeros y costeras puedan estudiar y formarse en su ciudad.
El martes 8, en el marco de la inauguración de la nueva Escuela Primaria N° 16, el intendente les contó a los alumnos y alumnas que «acá en Santa Teresita, en esta localidad, yo les quiero contar que cuando ustedes terminen la escuela secundaria, cuando ustedes egresen ya del colegio secundario, en la calle 36 y 3 vamos a tener un Edificio Universitario, donde van a estar todas las carreras universitarias del Partido de La Costa, y cuando ustedes egresen ya van a poder ir a la Universidad acá en Santa Teresita y no van a tener que irse de este municipio, y van a tener todas las condiciones para estudiar la carrera que quieran, el que quiera ser profe va a ser profe, el que quiera ser abogado va a ser abogado, psicólogo, bueno, lo que quieran seguramente ya para ese momento, hasta carrera de medicina vamos a tener acá en el Partido de La Costa», afirmó Cardozo.
