La costa celebró en comunidad el día de la independencia, con una gran presencia de vecinas, vecinos e instituciones.
La comunidad del Partido de La Costa celebró este jueves el 210° aniversario de la Declaración de la Independencia con un multitudinario acto realizado en Santa Teresita, del que participaron vecinas, vecinos e instituciones de todo el distrito.
La ceremonia fue encabezada por el intendente Juan de Jesús junto a autoridades municipales y se desarrolló en la Plaza Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús, donde tuvo lugar el tradicional desfile cívico-institucional, uno de los momentos más esperados de la jornada.
Participaron Veteranos de Guerra de Malvinas, Bomberos Voluntarios, integrantes de la Policía y la Prefectura Naval, grupos scouts, centros de jubilados, representantes de las fiestas populares del Partido de La Costa y delegaciones de jardines de infantes, escuelas primarias, secundarias y otras entidades educativas del distrito.
Tras la presentación de las instituciones y el izamiento de la Bandera Nacional, la cantante Mariana Pedrocco interpretó el Himno Nacional Argentino, acompañada musicalmente por Daniel Ortiz. Luego, el padre Julio realizó la bendición y el vecino José Antonio “Nito” Milano compartió una reflexión sobre la historia y el significado de la Independencia.
DE JESÚS CONVOCÓ A FORTALECER LA UNIDAD Y LA SOBERANÍA NACIONALDurante su discurso, el intendente Juan de Jesús repasó el proceso histórico que condujo a la Declaración de la Independencia y sostuvo la necesidad de mantener vigentes los valores de quienes construyeron la Nación, adaptándolos a los desafíos del presente.“Agradezco a Nito Milano por haber traído la historia de José de San Martín, alguien que tuvo coraje, decisión, voluntad y la preclaridad de ideas que pudo cultivar en sus tiempos en España de la Ilustración y la Revolución Francesa, junto a la experiencia militar. A esa fuerza le sumó una estructura política, una organización, que tenía como meta la independencia. Como bien se planteó, su idea no era solamente la Independencia de nuestra nación, era también de nuestra Patria Grande”, indicó y agregó: “Los grandes hombres con coraje están llamados a las grandes empresas y a los grandes desafíos. Y vaya si no los tomaron. Los tomaron con valentía y coraje”.“Como pueblo tenemos que encontrarnos en el diálogo, en la escucha y en la confianza. Organicémonos, que es lo único que nos permitirá salir de estas cuestiones con unidad. Pensemos como pensemos, discutamos las cosas que tengamos que discutir, sembremos y que salga lo mejor que tenga que salir para que el sufrimiento sea menor”, expresó el jefe comunal.Asimismo, De Jesús manifestó su preocupación por la realidad económica que atraviesa el país y llamó a fortalecer la solidaridad y el compromiso colectivo para que nadie quede excluido. “El Estado tiene un rol significativo. No podemos aceptar que alguien se empodere como un topo para destruirlo. El Estado tiene que mejorar, ser eficiente, profesionalizarse; tiene que estar, escuchar y hacer, pero al lado de la sociedad”, expresó.Para el Intendente, “la Justicia Social no es un robo. No es, aunque quieran venderlo como sentido común, hacer clientelismo con la gente humilde. La justicia social es un horizonte para todas las clases sociales”.“Cuidemos la paz, la tranquilidad y todos los valores que hemos construido. Tengamos en este 9 de Julio esa mirada que falta para completar la independencia y la soberanía con el ejercicio permanente de todos los días”, concluyó.
Tras las palabras del Intendente, se desarrolló el tradicional desfile cívico-institucional, acompañado por un numeroso público que siguió con entusiasmo el paso de las delegaciones. La jornada también contó con la participación de productores y emprendedores locales, que ofrecieron sus propuestas en el marco de los festejos por un nuevo aniversario de la Independencia.
