RICARDO ARJONA presenta MORIR POR VIVIR
En medio de una pandemia que pudo ser el muro que frenaría el que sin duda es el proyecto más importante en la carrera de Ricardo Arjona; se dio el lanzamiento de BLANCO, la primera parte. Lo acompañaron 14 videoclips repartidos uno cada semana y 14 sesiones de autor que llegaban justo después de cada lanzamiento.
Hoy, algunos meses después del lanzamiento, el proyecto BLANCO cuenta con más de 120 millones de vistas en YouTube. El video de la canción HONGOS sobrepasa los 50 millones de vistas y de manera inédita las sesiones de autor suman millones de vistas en un mundo que no había visto nada por el estilo antes.
Arjona grabó versiones a dueto de las canciones de BLANCO con artistas como Pablo Alborán (en “El Amor Que Me Tenía”), y muy pronto se darán a conocer nuevos duetos con artistas como: la inglesa Joss Stone y la guatemalteca Gaby Moreno, con quien años atrás cantó “Fuiste Tú”.
BLANCO, fue sin duda el lanzamiento con más personalidad de este 2020. Manteniendo un estilo y actitud fieles a la música de verdad, grabada con músicos en vivo en los emblemáticos estudios ABBEY ROAD de Londres.
Nada de lo que suena en este disco se parece a lo que está de moda, pero el aire fresco de autenticidad le viene muy bien a un sonido en nuestro idioma que no deja espacios a otras cosas. Mientras que la mayoría de los géneros se adaptan a la moda, Arjona se aferra a sus canciones y se vuelve más acústico y musical que nunca.
MORIR POR VIVIR es el segundo corte de este proyecto y solo será una manera más de contarle al mundo que la música hecha por músicos sigue teniendo un espacio y muchos seguidores.
