Discutió con su hermanastro, lo mató y se puso a tomar caña al lado del cadáver
Un joven de 24 años mató a su hermanastro de 29 en El Soberbio, un barrio humilde de Misiones. La denuncia fue hecha por la mamá de los chicos. Habían bebido de más, dijeron los efectivos que descubrieron el hecho.
El hecho ocurrió en una propiedad ubicada en los adentros del paraje Guaviroba de El Soberbio, en cercanías al kilómetro 17 de la ruta costera 2.
Marcelo Viera Núñez, de 29 años y Carlos L.M de 24 habían comenzado a discutir cerca de las 17 por una diferencia familiar y, según pudieron constatar los uniformados, habían bebido de más.

La Policía llegó al lugar, cerca de las 20 de este martes cuando María D. C. (62), mamá de ambos, se hizo presente en la dependencia local para denunciar que uno de sus hijos había asesinado a su hermanastro luego de una discusión.
Cuando los uniformados llegaron al lugar,se encontraron con el cadáver de quien en vida era Viera Núñez, domiciliado en el kilómetro 10 de Paraíso. Pero lo que más sorprendió a los agentes es que, junto al cuerpo, se encontraba el principal sospechoso, quien continuaba disfrutando de unos tragos de como si nada hubiese pasado.
De acuerdo a lo indicado por los voceros del caso, el médico policial que examinó el cuerpo dictaminó que Viera Núñez presentaba «heridas puntiformes múltiples que comprometen rostro y cara anterior del cuello y tórax compatible con perdigones». De igual forma, se solicitó que sea sometido a una autopsia.
Por su parte, el sujeto implicado fue detenido preventivamente y hasta anoche permanecía alojado en sede policial. Las fuentes confirmaron que el hombre no presentaba lesiones al momento de su aprehensión, aunque sí estaba en estado de ebriedad.
