El Partido de La Costa fue uno de los destinos turísticos más elegidos durante el fin de semana largo por el feriado de Carnaval y se comenzará a trabajar de cara a lo que resta del verano para acompañar a los prestadores del sector.
El secretario de Turismo Marketing y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Municipalidad de La Costa, Guillermo Favale, destacó la gran afluencia de visitantes y remarcó la importancia de trabajar junto al sector privado para impulsar el turismo.
“Este fue el fin de semana de mayor afluencia de público de todo el verano. Llegamos a un nivel de ocupación muy superior a cualquier otro, aunque la referencia nos indica que se mantiene el 4% menos de afluencia en general con respecto al año pasado”, señaló.
De todos modos, Favale consideró que “la gran duda es qué va a pasar en los próximos 15 días y cuáles serán las expectativas para marzo”.

Por último, el funcionario municipal hizo hincapié en que “siempre es importante tener en cuenta el contexto, que no es el mejor y todos lo sabemos.
