Está abierta la inscripción para el curso online de manipulación de alimentos
En línea a las propuestas que viene impulsando la gestión del intendente Cristian Cardozo, con distintos programas de gobierno que por la situación de pandemia y aislamiento no pueden llevarse adelante de manera presencial, la Municipalidad de La Costa abrió hoy martes la inscripción del curso de manipulación de alimentos, en modalidad online, que será requerido al momento de renovar la libreta sanitaria.
La inscripción para este primer curso de manipulación de alimentos de 2020 está disponible en la plataforma educativa a distancia que se accede desde la página web www.lacosta.gob.ar o directamente en Curso de manipulación de alimentos
– Tendrán una duración de 3 semanas y los participantes van a poder incorporar los conocimientos básicos de buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM).
– El material y todo el contenido y sus actualizaciones estarán disponibles en todo momento y para que siempre el inscripto esté con la información al día.
– Los requisitos son residir en el Partido de La Costa, disponer de conexión a internet y además el certificado se entregará al momento de finalizar el curso.
– La certificación del curso de manipulación de alimentos otorgará un certificado municipal al momento de finalizar el proceso de cursada y su aprobación.
«Estos cursos brindan a cada vecino y vecina de La Costa las facilidades para poder desarrollar estas capacitaciones y cursos de modalidad virtual, como ya se fueron llevando adelante los cursos de marketing digital, de comercio electrónico y otros que están desarrollándose con mucha convocatoria. Ahora estamos llevando adelante la inscripción de estos cursos de manipulación de alimentos, un requisito para el acceso a la libreta sanitaria y un documento esencial para los trabajadores que se desempeñan en entornos relacionados a la bromatología», señaló Leonardo Muñoz, secretario de Educación, Ambiente y Cuidado Animal.
Por su parte, el director de Promoción de la Salud, Aníbal Bascialla, explicó que “el curso de manipulación de alimentos en su modalidad online va a constar básicamente de los mismos contenidos que se venían realizando hasta ahora con tres clases a las que se podrá acceder desde cualquier dispositivo informático. Desde el martes próximo comenzarán las clases virtuales de esta primera etapa ya que lo llevaremos adelante en más ocasiones, hasta el mes de diciembre incluido».
